Turn up whenever they feel like / late, rude and aggressive drivers ...........

If you want a firm that turns up 30 minutes late, has rude and aggressive drivers and nearly drives into other road users, this is the firm for you.

I suspect that isn't what you want, so perhaps try another firm?

A quick summary:

- our son's school booked this firm to take c. 70 children to the airport at around 3am in the morning - rather than arriving at the agreed / confirmed time, both buses (2 were booked) decided just to turn up 30 minutes late, leaving the c. 70 children waiting in the dark at 3am - they quite obviously chose just to turn up at the time they thought appropriate (as both turned up together, and there were no road problems);

- on the return, at the 12:15am drops off, the first coach decided it wanted to leave it's parking space after dropping off its passengers (bear in mind it was parked, and had no right of way) and just aggresively pulled out, missing a parent's car that was slowly driving past by centimeters - it looked to anyone watching as though the bus was simply trying to intimidate the parent's car into stopping;

- on talking to the kids, they said the driver (the one that aggressively nearly drove into a parent's car) had been rude to them, but out of ear shot of the teachers (seems like a theme, rude to the kids, aggressive driving, all the same person).
