We had an upcycled structure that we didn’t want to go to waste and had an idea into making it into a polytunnel on our allotment.
Deborah in the office was very helpful and patient with my questions not only via the email and also over the phone. She answered all the questions and nothing was any trouble to her. She offered a couple of options on the pvc cover, including fixings.i would recommend them any time , just a shame we had to do all the work ourselves . Laughter.

What a breath of fresh air this company is!

When my polytunnel door finally succumbed during a winter storm, Premier Polytunnels stepped in and built a new door and frame to fit my needs exactly, supplied a new cover and delivered them in person within a couple of days at a time that suited me. Despite coming with full instructions and having excellent video tutorials online, the Premier Polytunnel staff spent time advising me on my exact needs and gave me some really helpful tips on refurbishing my 15year old polytunnel which helped the work go really smoothly. Thanks to their excellent service and products I now have a ‘like new’ polytunnel all ready for the growing season ahead!

What a refreshingly fabulous experience dealing with Premier Polytunnels. A self confessed newbie that knew nothing about polytunnels yet wanting to get into growing our own a Google search flagged Premier as the most local to us and with what looked like a broad range available. We were not disappointed when we visited. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to have spent time discussing any understanding what is available. I have no doubt it will be an equally positive experience once we order and have it installed.

I recently contacted Premier Polytunnels, initially after some construction advice. I spoke with a lovely lady in the office who was very helpful and invited me down to their site to have a look at what they had to offer. Being a typical tight Yorkshiremen, I didn't intend on buying one just picking their brains on how to do it on the cheap. All the staff on site were very helpful and gave me plenty of advice.
I strongly believe that good customer service creates you buisness.... by the end of the day I ended up buying one of the products....need I say more.
My plants will now reap the rewards! Many thanks

Fantastic company. I went into this purchase as a complete novice and I found all the help I could’ve possibly wished for. They are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had several conversations with a young lady named Debbie, and was guided through the whole process of choosing what I needed and tadvice on how myself and my husband could construct the polytunnel. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone .

The men who came to fit the polytunnel were lovely but they left a complete mess behind them and items got damaged because they were left out in the rain. Deborah in the office is incredibly rude and unpleasant. I would not use them ever again.
