I want to give the highest possible recommendation to Jack and Jenson following the successful installation of our trough lift – they are both absolutely phenomenal in every way!

From start to finish, their work was outstanding. They are incredibly skilled tradespeople who clearly know their craft inside out; every step of the installation was handled with precision, expertise, and attention to detail. They worked with impressive efficiency, completing the job promptly without ever cutting corners or compromising on quality. What’s more, they kept the entire workspace spotless throughout – not a speck of dust or mess was left behind, which we really appreciated.

Above all, they were highly professional at all times: polite, friendly, communicative, and completely reliable. It was a pleasure to have them carry out this work, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for a team you can trust to do an amazing job, Jack and Jenson are the ones to choose – simply brilliant!

At my arrival in hotel H10 Conquistador (playa de las Americas) the rollator was available at the reception. Cecking out I simply informed the front desk and did not remember I payed a safety deposit.
To my surprise the amount of 20€ was transferred to my account the day I got home!

My mother was hospitalised on the Saturday, Premier Mobility were able to install a chair lift inside four days. The engineers Jack and Jenson were very professional, installing the lift in less than two hours, no fuss, no mess, just brilliant! Mum arrived back the following day. Can't recommend Premier Mobility enough, superb.

Excellent service from Joe, he installed a stair lift for my neighbour and explained how to use it clearly to her while keeping everything neat and tidy. He was professional and very friendly. Thank you!

Jack and Jenson were lovely, friendly and very informative. They installed an outside step lift which only took 2 hours from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company and and these guys. Tidied up any mess made as well. Husband is very very happy.

Both Jack & Brandon were polite, punctual & hardworking. Jack couldn’t do enough to make sure myself and my carer were comfortable with how the equipment functions..and did it all with a smile. Jack was also fantastic with my carers very large dog who was on site at the time. Thank you both very much.

Jack and Jenson did a brilliant job fitting my daughter’s lift. Was an all day job, which when they arrived cracked straight on with.

I had the most amazing experience with the two gentlemen called Jack & Jenson doing our stair lift so quick wonderful manners they removed and discarded the stairs rail that was in the way and then kindly filled the holes in the wall after gave me full detail instructions on how to use stair lift safely and properly I have their help line number absolutely brilliant highly recommend these two young gentleman.

Great service from Jack and Jensen when fitting mum's through the floor lift. Installed and fitted with respect to mum, keeping her informed as to progress. Explained very clearly on how to use and safety aspects. Left room tidy and clean, removing any excess rubbish. Would highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with . Lou came to the house and I instantly liked her down to earth professional friendly approach. She was knowledgeable and efficient.
The company were accommodating as to when to fit. Speedy service.
It was Tom who came to fit the stairlift. He was great. Friendly, experienced and professional.

Jack and Brandon arrived punctually with a cheery disposition. Jack had a look at the job ahead, 2 track hoists to be fitted informed of what would be happening and proceeded to cover carpets and move required furniture. He informed us of timescale of approx 2 hours per hoist. We decided to go out and let them get on with the job. Received a call less than 3hrs later to say all finished. On return everything clean and tidy all rubbish removed. Excellent all round experience thanks Jack and Brandon.
