Lie after Lie.

Got a phone call saying that they was going into liquidation and the money we settled on out of court couldnt be paid in full to me however they would pay me in installments! Not heard anything since nor have a had any money owned to me. They are ignoring my emails, they dont answer the phone but when you look online they are still trading and giving out quotes!

AVOID

AVOID
After sales is non existent.
Once they have your money they don't want to know. If you want to export the electricity, you will struggle with this company.
Very disappointed.

Poor After Sales Service.

Can't say we were impressed with the service from Premier. We had ordered batteries from them and they came to install promptly, however, we asked for the Depth of Discharge to be set at 10% but when we used the battery power the power level stopped at 20%. We also had other issues and they had to return to correct the problem. Once again they said we would get the DOD set to 10%. We have contacted Premier on several occasions and still the setting has not been adjusted. On a visit by a independant qualified electrician to carry out some other work in the house, he noticed that the batteries were Not Earthed which he immediately told us needed urgent attention as it was dangerous and did not comply with the manufacturers specification as described in their manual. On contacting Premier they attempted to explain that earth wiring was was not necessary and made excuses that the earth wires were missing from the box, when the other equipment was delivered. However, the battery manual tells the installer to go through the checklist and illustrated all the items in the box. Once again we asked for the DOD to be changed to 10% and we were given another brush off. However, they tried to sell a extended warranty package to us but we are not interested in our situation. What was the point of taking a warranty as we are not getting the service we were promised when they sold us the system?
Clearly the guy in the service department, a Mr Charanjat, who was rather arrogant had clearly not read the battery manual. He had very little idea of the installation as it clearly states the DOD could be set at 5%. He could not be bothered and gave us misleading information. He said that he would rectify the problems, but still nothing has been done to correct the DOD. We were also promised the Inverter manual as it had not been left with us at the time of installation. Very disappointed with the quality of after sales from this company. Are they surprised we don't want a contract with them? They have not honoured their contract and missing earth wires is inexcusable. We cannot say we would reccomend Premier to anyone as their after sales service is very lacking and the personnel incompetent and unhelpful.

Avoid

Bid competitive price for battery storage, took 25% deposit when I signed the contract. When I contacted them for an installation date (about 5 weeks later because I needed to do structural work to accommodate the batteries, of which they were aware) they said they could not honour their quote. Eventually they said they would, but after six weeks of the installation being delayed for various spurious reasons I cancelled the order. Six weeks on: no acknowledgement and no deposit returned !!

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. Never turned up. Never delivered anything. Then refused to refund £2250. I got my money from C/C company.

I don’t believe any of these +ve reviews are genuine.

Reported for fraud. Avoid at all cost.

Unhappy customer

Messy workers intimidating bosses untruthful threataning con men and no after service disgraceful and left so much foam on the rafters wont sell it in this condition disgusted absolutely theres alot more absolutely disgusted told me a pack of lies dont go near them

Dear Mr Elmer, i do sincerely apologise for your experience with us, having looked into this matter, you originally contracted us, as you had sprayfoam in your loft. We then made you aware of the issues that this could cause, we do believe that you was somewhat aware of this already, An assessment of your rafters and loft was carried out, an you agreed with our finding that a re roof was needed, we then discovered that you had sprayfoam, sprayed directly on to your roof tiles. We gave you a price on the cost of re roof, we you agreed to and paid a deposit. On the day we started work, we discovered that your rafter and joist had more damage to them. we then gave you a price the extra work that needed to be carried out, you then agreed to get the extra work to be completed. Photographic evidence is there for you to see as to why we recommended the extra work to be carried out. I am fully aware of the mess that was created as a result of this work bring carried out, for which i cant apologise enough. I do believe that a number of trips were made by our staff to clear this mess up. We did then compensate you on this with the price. We have below left a link that shows the dangers and problems sparyfoam can cause.

Great company

Not only were they fast from the point of sale to the install, they’re team were so efficient, polite, respectful and cleaned up really well. They sorted my wifi link and phone app so everything is easy and clear. I read a few poor reports, but being wise I know some of these are sour grapes, this is the best company Ive dealt with in a long time,2 of my friends have used them and everyone is really happy.

Stay away

Stay away!
I ordered a battery system from them only to find out the inverter they recommended eould not give me the output I wanted I rang them and advised them I wanted to cancel the order. This was 2 days after the order was placed so well within the 14day cooling off period.
I was told my deposit of £2175 would not be refunded. Since then they have not responded to my emails. When I call they just say they will not refund any of it.
I am now having to take legal action against them.
Stay well clear of this cowboy outfit?

STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY!!!
This company uses contractors, didn’t do all the work i paid for, im still waiting now for the work to be finished.
My wife left a negative review on Trustpilot, they was quick to phone her to ask why! then they said they was going to compensate her but not now after reading the review, However weeks earlier she said she wanted some compensation and they said NO.
They have started to ignore my wife’s messages now!
This whole experience has effected my wife’s health as she is in remission from having cancer.
I’m now going to take legal action.

After Sales Disappointment

Initially, we were delighted with the company, they did a good job of solving the problem with our solar panel system. They were very helpful and had great communication. Our original Pylon battery storage was taken by the fitters for a recharge.

HOWEVER, after we paid, the ‘amazing communication and service’ stopped. After many messages and phone calls to Premier Homes, it has still not been returned, even though they promised, on numerous occasions to get it back to us. There seems to be no intention to return our battery. Week after week they have said they will courier it to us and then talk me through where to plug in the leads… still nothing ! We do not understand why we have been lied to, Premier Homes seemed like a reputable company. It is very difficult to know who to trust anymore.
