at Epsom. the one in the city centre which is modern and quite new.clean rooms. very clean, staff lovely especially male on front desk, very chatty and helpful. would definitely stay here again if visiting family in future. thanks.

Not reliable with interconnecting room booking
We booked adjoining rooms for our family at Burton on Trent central hotel. We booked 9 months before our stay. We checked in and discovered that the rooms are not adjoining. Reception were pleasant but unable to help. I cannot cancel the second room as we’ve already checked in. Reception directed us to an online form where the response time is 10 days. Not good enough. We’ve had no problems with premier inn in the past but would warn against people booking adjoining rooms with them after this experience.
