Never received my signed vinyl album
Never received my signed vinyl album. According to the tracking information, it is still shuttling within USPS facilities up and down the east coast. I asked prior to purchasing if it could be shipped to a local FedEx store for me to pick up which means they would have to ship by FedEx and was assured by their horrible chatbot that it was no problem but they shipped via USPS and it was denied by FedEx. Now it’s in permanent limbo. Terrible customer service.

I love my products that I received
I love my products that I received, but it took almost a year to get them. I had to email them to ask for a refund before they told me what was causing the delay. If they would have reached out and let us know what was causing the delay I would have given more stars.

Dissatisfied my order was not what I was expecting
I recently ordered a "limited multi-colored signed edition" (1 of 99) autographed The Offspring Americana vinyl. I did receive it. I did not open it immediately. I have now opened it only to discover it is BLACK and NOT a "multi-colored signed edition." I am not happy that I received a black vinyl. I do not consider black a "mulit-colored signed edition." That is misleading and deceptive. Your web site clearly stated "multi-colored signed edition" and I have a screenshot of the specific wording. While I understand "multi-colored signed edition may represent the actual signatures being "multi-colored," it was misleading as to the actual VINLY being black. Overall - very dissatisfied with Premiere Collectibles. How can this be addressed?

The LP had slid completely behind the cardboard and I had to take it all apart to get it in the right spot. But because of all the movement, there’s a ton of cardboard dust that I couldn’t get out. Kinda disappointing, but I fixed it as much as I could. Also I thought it was going to be a colored LP and it’s just regular black vinyl.
