Wrong "vinyl" that's too thick, got lost
I ordered a WHITE signed Americana album by The Offspring's Dexter and Noodles. I know for sure the signature for Noodles is legit because I have another item from them signed but I'm not even sure that's Dexter's signature cuz it looks off in a way.
I got a BLACK vinyl. I also don't really own any vinyls and I can't justify buying a record player for albums I want to have as collectors items, but the "Vinyl" I received wasn't the color I asked for AND it's super THICK, like I've held other vinyls before and I don't believe this to even be a working record, it feels like PLASTIC.
Not to mention it got LOST IN CHICAGO for like a week or 2 and I was trying to get a refund because I didn't believe I'd ever actually be getting the item I ordered, I didn't trust it at all to begin with and then that happened and I got what looks like a fake vinyl in the color I didn't order so I'll NEVER BE ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN

I think I was sent an autograph copy on accident. I dont remember ordering a autographed copy of Screaming Life. I cant remember if there was an option or not. But awesome book. I truly enjoy reading this from Kim's standpoint. Good communication.

Great biography together with original signature of the author - awesome memory on one of my favorite bands! Delivery and communication worked well - only local customs made the book somewhat more expensive than expected.

The shipping kept getting pushed back, Premiere Collectibles would either A) not respond to my inquiries B) tell me the author hadn't signed the books yet [even though a video of the author signing the books was posted week earlier] C) inform me that there were more important things going on at Premier Collectibles than my inquiry. I was very happy with my book when I did receive it.

I have purchased several autographed books from this site with authentication as gifts and each has arrived in pristine condition and the pricing for the autographs in these books is cheaper than my experience attending conventions and paying for autographs at live signings.

Update: I did get a follow-up: “After reviewing your request, we’re sorry to let you know that the order is beyond our 30-day return and refund policy, which means we’re unable to approve a refund or return at this time.”
