Terrible parking garage for cruise vacations
After researching several companies that We could use to leave our car during our cruise out of Miami, we decided on Premier Park Cruising. We were using the service during soring break. We loved the fact that the car would be in a covered parking garage. Our excitement grew quickly to frustration the morning of drop off. My husband dropped us off at the port with our luggage and traveled about 7 minutes to the garage. He arrived at around 12:15 and did not make it back to the port until 2:30 pm. We were traveling in a group so needless to say, the kids and adults were getting very impatient. The amount of people waiting on lines for shuttles was ridiculous. The company clearly does not have enough shuttles. There were people cutting the lines and not enough staff to keep control of the caos going on in the parking garage. The drivers are not friendly and clearly are very unhappy with their job. It’s just a reflection of how they are being treated as an employee. The savings from parking outside of the port was NOT worth the aggravation. Do not use this parking garage. I’ve traveled on cruises before on spring break but out of Ft. Lauderdale and Port Carnaveral. Never did we experience this. Premier should have a better system in place during busy seasons.

The shuttle took over 1 hr to arrive and after the wait we contacted the parking office they hammered us with excuse after excuse as to why we should be greatful for their "small wait" as opposed to the alternatives. If they had taken even a moment to explain that we would have our small children waiting well over an hour for a shuttle we would have gladly paid 22$/day for decent accommodations.

Reservations were easy. Garage easy to find and park. Attendants very helpful. The Saturday we arrived there was also the Miami Marathon and Downtown was gridlocked. Took us as hour to go three blocks into the garage. After parking we had to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle, b/c THEY were stuck in gridlock too. Not their fault! To their credit they put six more shuttles on and got all of us moved to make our departure in plenty of time. Drivers were VERY courteous, even though they were frustrated by the traffic.

Very nice, helpful drivers. No problem getting a quick ride back after cruise. Waited awhile at garage prior to cruise, so perhaps they need more vans. In their defense, however, there was a marathon in Miami that morning & many roads were blocked off!

We have used Premier several times. Great service every time. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Don't like the fact they keep your keys so they can move your vehicle but have never had a problem with it. I would defiantly recommend them.

The parking facility and service at the facility were just fine. The hour and half that we spent trying to find your location were horrific. Please be sure to advise future customers of your new address/name. One the van to the ship, there were three other couples in that van that had the same horrible time finding your garage.

Battery in car was dead because I left a light on in the mirror on the passenger visor. They had jumper cables and got the car started quickly.

It was very difficult finding your location. Waze directed us to the Wells Fargo garage a block away, which we entered until we were told by a person where you were around the block. Once we arrived on the 7th floor, everything else went well. JPS
Premier Disservice
My ship the Norwegian Bliss returned to port late due to a medical emergency. We disembarked late. I was delayed at customs. I called for a pickup and was told that I would have to find my own way back to the garage even though they were still shuttling passengers to the ships for embarkation. I spent $20.00 for a taxi to the garage

Pick up was disorganized
the pick up process was a little disorganized. had one van drive by and park up past the pick up point. he signaled with his hands and we followed him. when we got there he told us he couldn't take us and sent us back. we missed a van that arrived and the last two spots were taken. we waited 25 minutes for the next one. it ended up taking us 45 minutes to get picked up. Not very fun and a good waste of our time. other than that, the drop off was good and the parking was good.
