The installation of my shower was conducted in a professional manner with all aspects of the equipments function clearly explained.I was very pleased with the end result.Highly recommended.

Jerry, Was very polite and friendly. He explained the process very well, what needed to be done and timescales. Said I wasn't to worry about a thing,just to relax while he did the job for me.

Premier care contacted me every day to make sure everything was going to plan, they were terrific from beginning to end.

Mike was very professional at his work very pleasant and very helpful in answering questions.

Standard of workmanship is exemplary as is the materials used and timing was prompt and fully explained. If there was a complaint it would be the fact that 90% of cost has to be paid before the completion date,which does induse negative thoughts about company honesty

Avoid Premier Bathroom care. This company is acting uncaring, rude, intimidating ,very dishonest and distressful. The salesman in Cardiff came to visit me to have shower, but all he did was being rude and argumentative about some bad reviews of people in Transpilot, offending somebody that broke toilet seat because of obesity, then he asked about my budget, I asked him for solutions to my bath, he turned nasty and intimidating and I had to ask him to go away.Extremely rude company , lack of customer care and lack of manners, probably they just want to make money quickly and treating vulnerable people like a piece of nothing
Please avoid these salesmen and this company!

Thanks to all staff at Premier Bathing, for there assistance with our new bathroom space . With the new shower walls and floor, this is easier to use than climbing into the previous bath. This was a difficult process before .

Last year I had a new bathroom fitted by premier care. The fitter worked hard and the job was finished to my satisfaction. Unfortunately 2 problems have developed. The toilet cysten has gone wrong and the toilet seat has come loose. I understood that this would be covered by the guarantee. Not so apparently. Having phoned the company I was told that there would be a charge of over 100 pounds for someone to call and fix. I was told it might be cheaper to find a plumber. My first review gave the company 5 stars I now give it 1 stop. If you purchase make sure what is covered by the guarantee

Fitter Mike Treforest was superb, he worked long hours to ensure my recently disabled wife could use the walk in shower and other features of the new bathroom. He worked independently but referred to me as required and We had total confidence in him. Recommended
