Premier Care in Bathing Reviews 

We had to change our bathroom with a tub to a walk-in disabled type due to a drastic change in my health. The Premier Care was excellent from the starting design consultation stage to the final finish. Dave who came and surveyed and designed the bathroom was fully knowledgeable, considerate and answered all my questions with a smile. Nigel who actually executed the whole bathroom was very punctual, professional and accommodating and explained to me all the workings of the new bathroom. I can definitely recommend the Premier Care to anyone thinking of house refurbishment.

James, the chap who fitted the shower was hardworking and the job was completed in good time. It was unfortunate that in using our existing shower, when put back, did not work. This then cost more money.

The contact with the team was good and they kept us up to date on progress. In spite of difficulties with the weather they kept to their deadlines and kept us informed about how things were going. The rubbish was collected promptly as they had promised. We continue to be delighted with our new shower room. As I am a carer for my 102 year old husband I am unable to spend any more time on this.

I wanted to clarify the previous review. David our fitter gave us 5 star service. We are very happy with our shower.

My mother had a walk-in shower fitted by Premier Care, the service was excellent from the initial phone call all the way through to installment and finish .
We did have other quotes done, Premier Care were NOT the cheapest but we decided to go with them because they felt the most professional and had the better quality flooring / wall coverings.
Every little detail is covered , when they say they are going to arrive , they come on the dot. They came over specially during the planning time as I had to fly abroad , so they scheduled someone earlier to see me .
Everyone that works for this company seems to understand that they’re dealing primarily with the older generation. Their approach and communication skills are second to none.
I can highly recommend them and my mother’s bathroom looks exceptional .

My Dad is 90 yrs old it was really important that this replacement bathroom was done quickly & stress free. Steve fitted the bathroom & nothing was too much trouble, my Dad was comfortable with him & even had a laugh! Yvonne his care manager was lovely & checked on him every day to make sure he was happy and not upset or stressed by the process.

The installation of our walk in shower by premier bathing was carried out by Nigel who was first class and also Sameer who rang every day to see if we had problems of which we didn’t

Everybody we came into contact with was pleasant, friendly and efficient.... David (sales rep), Eve (in the office), The electrician (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't get) and Mark (who did everything else so beautifully). The end product is so bright and pleasing, I want to show it to everybody before we clutter it up again.Our main concern had been height of step into the shower (we are limited by being an upstairs flat) and they solved that problem very nicely. I've never seen such a shallow tray that actually works.

The workmanship was excellent. They worked hard the whole time,always clearing up after themselves each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We are very pleased with the final result. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wanting similar work done.
