We received several quotes from local and national companies for a large renovation project on a period house which consisted of new windows, building of a cinema room, new bedroom, wine cellar, double garage, block paving, renovating of the kitchen garage and new floors and decorating throughout.

We chose Premibuild over several other companies as they filled us with confidence as we went through the quotation process, advising on design and materials.

Premibuild is a family business lead by Ian Neale and his sons and through the 6 month renovation project the communication was very good, the work completed was 1st class and the workers very respectfully.

From the first day they started the revamp of the conservatory and redecoration works they were punctual and professional and always courteous and polite. They always made sure when leaving our property it was left extremely clean and tidy. This made the experience flawless, with minimal inconvenience to us. All of the work completed was top quality and of a high standard.

Used this company several times now for various projects, very professional though out.

Great builder for our large home renovation including complete rip down and rebuild of 1st floor and roof with extension. Completely project managed end to end and very smoothly by Ian and quality work from all the lads on the tools.

Premibuild took out my kitchen/dining room supporting wall installing a steel beam in the process. They were amazing from planning to finish. Very very professional. Their polite hardworking staff went the extra mile at every stage. Minimising dust spread and cleaning up every day. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10

Ian and his company carry out works for us on schools. Be it small projects such as blocked drains to refurbishment and construction. Always does a great job and reliable. Normally do around £1m a year this includes new car parks, playgrounds, toilet refurbishment, roof works, redecoration of class rooms.
