This is a horrible company - from CHINE - DO NOT order.... very misleading. Facebook MUST take off os advertisers. META is not that hard up for Advertisers

This company should not be in business. Their website is VERY misleading and their merchandise is substandard. No where does it say if you return something you have to send it back to China. Recommand that you do not waste your money with this company as it is aweful

Do NOT order anything from this company. I ordered shoes size 11, they were too small. I wanted to return them, but was told that I had to pay the shipping (back to China) and that I would get only 15% of my purchase price back.

I never should order off Facebook, FACEBOOK should remove them from site. Ordered 11w shoe, after 2 months I contacted them, they said out of stock, gave me 10% credit $1.82, shoes were $41.00
So not 10%, 3 weeks later got a EU size 42, which is size 10, they said return pay shipping back to China, was $37.00, so what can I do, I will give to Goodwill. People should know we are being taken by China. I am going to PayPal and see if they can help me.

Learned my lesson! If the company is NOT forthcoming with any information about themselves do not trust them.
I ordered “buttery soft leather boots”, they came made with PU hard as a rock leather like material. Nothing like the picture or description. I too wish I would have read the reviews first. This is the most dishonest company ever! Buyer beware

I ordered boots. They came 4 weeks later. Wrong size. They were wrapped in plastic and tape (no box). I contacted them to return them. Must be returned in original wrapping! There is no wrapping to salvage!
What a scam! Buyers beware!

It is the worst purchase I have ever made online, nothing to do with the photos and videos they post, version in reality, the shoe is hard from the sole of the shoe, the insole and the most common fabric.
I would rather donate them than give them more of my $ to send the trash they sent me for shoes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Received shoes that were definitely not the size I ordered. Could not get a return address to return. They sent their return policy without return address saying had to be received within14 days of delivery date. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. Poor quality, poor service, lies, lies, lies!!!

There is no way to be helpful and constructive with a company who gives you 14 days to return items to their hands, in CHINA…! Check the mail delivery dates . Also they do NOT list their return address in case of returns being requested. It took me three emails to get the address. This “ business model” is a one way money street. Product quality and customer service is irrelevant . Spread the word: Prehomemart is a FRAUD!

Terrible scam. They sold me shoes claiming to be a name brand. I received flimsy shoes not the quality of what was presented and even in the wrong size. Wish I read this review before ordering. Buyer beware !!!!

If I could give you zero I would , maybe Pinterest shouldn’t put this company on their site ! ( my fault for not researching) this company should be ashamed !

Purchase was transmitted several weeks after date of request.

Recieved package yet paymentnoroceased several weeks later.

Tok small too was somewhat deceiving picture fke footwear. Which is difficult to detect.
Be more alerting I the future .

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been waiting about a month for my shoes that I needed for work and it was a struggle tracking my package; then when that problem got solved the issue that arose was it got "delivered" but to my dismay I recieved no shoes. I contacted support AGAIN and I notified them of this problem and their response to me was a screen shot of the tracking page that said it got delivered and if any of my friends wanted the shoes after I had asked for a refund.
Reminder, I did not recieve any shoes. On another note it has been taking the person to respond between 2-3 days to answer any email.
I am still waiting for a refund that may not even happen.

My experience timeline is from August 23rd thru September 1st

The pictures on this site look great. I thought I was getting shoes comparable to Skechers. Boy, was I wrong. These shoes are the cheapest, most shabby shoes I have ever seen, The materials are tawdry, very thin and wouldn’t get through a Chicago winter. Looking into the shoes I discovered that the insole was not attached to the shoes in any way. I picked up one of the insoles to find nothing underneath it about one inch above the outer sole. So it seems I’ve been had, No shoes, money down the drain. Do not buy anything from this site. They’ll take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. Learn from my mistake.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes which came after 4 weeks of waiting, running shoe was ok but the sandals/walking shoes horrible and really cheaply made!!! When I went to return the products they wanted $90 CAN to return since company is in some small town in China!?! Don’t order fro this website, you will b disappointed and ripped off!!!

Go a return address and they said they would give me 20% off if I kept the shoes. They dont fit so what would that do? Will not spent the high mailing cost and then maybe not get a return or exchange. Bad decision for me not to check them out. Dont buy.

BUYER BEWARE: Do Not order from Prohomemart.com. Major scam. They send your order from China! No available phone # or mailing address. They don’t respond to emails. I ordered a pair of Sandler. They were not as shown and they were the wrong size. They have a 15 return policy. Read their Return policy, there is no way to respond within 15 days (no address) you may have a cheep pair of shoes and they’ll be the wrong size! You will be lighter in the wallet.

Complete Ripoff. The shoes were not Skeechers as advertised. They were very cheaply made and too small.
You have to return to China.
DON'T GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE LOW LIFES,

The sneakers I received were a bate and switch. The material is thin, no bunion control and the arch support nearly invisible.
