Thank you for mentioning that the signal quality was good. Because of this, we were surprised to see a negative review, as the issue was not related to the service itself.
Regarding the renewal:
Our payment gateway sent you a reminder 7 days before the renewal, on 17 April. Why didn’t you stop it then?
You claimed to have contacted us on 18 April, but we did not receive any email or WhatsApp message requesting to stop the renewal. We received your email on 25 April, one day after the renewal on 24 April. We replied explaining that we had not received any message from you on 18 April. Since the renewal had already been processed, we informed you to enjoy the service and assured you that the next renewal would be stopped.
You mentioned that you sent us a WhatsApp message on 7th May, but that is not true. We haven’t received any communication from you after 25th April. As Trustpilot does not allow image uploads, we are unable to share screenshots of our chat history. If you don’t want to continue our service, then why didn’t you leave the community?
Since you did not communicate with us after 25 April and continued enjoying our daily service, we assumed the issue had been resolved.
You did not stop the renewal process, even after the reminder sent by our payment gateway 7 days before, nor did you contact us via WhatsApp or web chat support. After enjoying a full month of service, you have now left such a review—do you consider this an ethical review?
In the future, when subscribing to any trial, please remember to cancel before the renewal date to avoid such issues.
