Took on a job no one else seemed to want.

They were happy to tackle reversing my bi-fold doors, something the original installers and several others would not even consider. I sourced the necessary parts direct from the manufacturer then PR came and did the job with minimal fuss and disruption. Quite a bit of head scratching took place but they got it done in good time. Polite and pleasant throughout, including the back office. Doors worked better than they originally did once they had finished. Could have been a bit cheaper, but then everything could.
