That Denim Blue finish is sleek

That Denim Blue finish is sleek! Love seeing a folding bike that doesn't sacrifice power for portability. With those fat tires and a 28 MPH top speed, this looks like it could handle a weekend trail just as easily as a city street. This is definitely not your average 'last-mile' folder."

Unhappy customer

Company called me and charged me extra for shipping when initially the promotion was free shipping. Misleading marketing. Also, I was told the product would arrive in 2 weeks not 2 months

Good presale and aftersale support!

I was able to get somebody on the phone and via email when I had some shipping questions for my very heavy order. They were professional, helpful, and responsive in getting back to me. Item came right in the timeframe they estimated, which is impressive for a holiday season freight order.

Dirt Bike Part

I was having trouble finding a part for my son's dirt bike, called many places before speaking to Precision. They knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock, and shipped it to me immediately. I wish I would have called them first!

BUYER BEWARE–SELLER IS ECOMMERCE…

BUYER BEWARE–SELLER IS ECOMMERCE BUSINESS ACCORDING TO BBB. Had I known this in advance, I would not have purchased the chair with this seller.

BEST ADVICE: Great Product BUY FROM A KNOWN COMPANY

The chair is wonderful but the purchasing experience was the worst one of my entire life. I will never buy online again from an unknown merchant!
I am a 64 year old woman who’s husband broke his back and was in desperate need for a lift chair recliner quickly to help ease his pain of screaming out every 10 minutes. I was told by Asad that there would be a rush on the order and I should receive the lift chair recliner in about 2 to 3 weeks. I purchased a $3,500 lift chair recliner from Precision Performances

Seller directed me to actual manufacturer’s website when ordering on the phone with him because his own website was not complete with information about merchandise

I asked the seller if he had this chair in stock and he said “yes, we do.” Later when I received the tracking information, I saw it was shipped from PA not Texas. When I asked him about it, he said he was allowed to say that because he was an authorized dealer.

Seller told me he was giving me his personal cell phone number and was very helpful in the beginning of which I very much appreciated. Later when the shipping process broke down, he asked me not to use his number again to contact him.

Tracking info stopped once the chair had been delivered to White Glove Agent (3rd party) Ryder in DFW.

When I asked the seller where the chair had been delivered to he told me “I don’t know, unfortunately.” I literally had to Google the company to find out exactly where the chair had been shipped to. This was based on an automated phone message that I received from an unknown place. I took a chance and called the number from the message where I was directed to an automated delivery time.

Aside: When I told him I was worried because I didn’t know where the chair had been delivered, he laughed it off and said I was making a “bigger deal of it than it had to be.” When I realized I was not working with a brick and mortar business and questioned him about him not being upfront with me in the beginning, he became upset and asked me not to contact him at his cell phone number again.

The seller knew my husband was in severe pain and led me to believe he would expedite the shipping process so I could get it quickly. He told me that after the White Glove facility received the chair it typically takes about 5-8 days to get it after then. It stayed at the facility for nearly 4 weeks long before actually being delivered. Seller had no shipping info at all and had to contact manufacturer for information who in turn contacted Ryder.

I contacted Ryder and associate was very rude to me and after I repeatedly asked who I was talking to he finally gave me his name. He told me that I was scheduled to get the chair on November 20, 2025 and that was the only time they had available for delivery to me.

Bottom Line: Seller did not have any control or was not in possession of this chair. He was not upfront with me in the beginning and led me to believe he had the chair and would expedite the shipping process for me. In reality he was just an online storefront for the manufacturer.

I called late at night and they answered the phone, very knowledgeable of the lift I was inquiring about, gave me an unexpected discount,free shipping, no tax, sold!
I'll be back to purchase my second lift from them in the future! Thanks Don.
