DO NOT DEAL WITH Precision Impact Golf Australia.

I ordered a Swing Trainer RH 4 weeks ago on 20 November 2025 from this seller. The product was never delivered.

I contacted the company repeatedly. They acknowledged in writing that the item had not been delivered. I then formally instructed them to cancel the order and issue an immediate refund via PayPal, which is how I paid.

The company subsequently emailed me to confirm that the refund was being processed. Despite this written confirmation, no refund has been received.

At this point, the issue is no longer about shipping delays — it is about taking payment for goods not supplied and failing to return the customer’s money after cancellation.

This has been a prolonged, frustrating experience involving repeated follow-ups, broken assurances, and zero resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing.

I would have been satisfied with either delivery or a prompt refund. I received neither.
