⚠️ Extremely disappointing experience — please be very cautious before using this company.
My parents-in-law had a very professional consultation with Precision Extensions in April 2026 and were provided with a quote for a conservatory. Based on this, they paid a £5,000 deposit.
Unfortunately, since paying the deposit, the experience has been completely different from the professional impression given initially.
The start date has been delayed repeatedly, with ongoing promises that work would begin, only for those dates to pass without the work starting. Communication has been extremely poor, and it has become increasingly difficult to get clear answers or any meaningful update.
They were most recently told that work would finally begin last week. Once again, nobody turned up. Since then, attempts to contact the company have apparently gone unanswered.
At this point, after months of delays and having £5,000 of their money paid as a deposit, they are understandably extremely concerned. Legal action has now been taken.
This has been a very stressful and upsetting experience for an elderly couple. They entered into the agreement in good faith after what appeared to be a professional consultation, and they have been left with neither the conservatory nor satisfactory communication about the substantial deposit they paid.
Based on their experience, we would strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company.
