Would give 0 stars if I could. "Service" is a joke (Windsor area).
I have noted in my Amazon profile to deliver to the side door, the additional comments say ***DO NOT DELIVER TO FRONT DOOR***, my address label reads "my street address ***SIDE DOOR***" and there is now (thanks to these guys) a sign on my front door, eye level from the sidewalk, that says ***ALL DELIVERIES TO SIDE DOOR***
Well, in December and January, they delivered 23 Amazon packages, and each and every one of them has been tossed on my front porch. At least they are consistent?
I also have video of a couple of drivers standing on my sidewalk and frisbeeing my packages onto the front porch (just to add insult to injury).
I have reached out to Amazon numerous times and each time they assure me they will "talk to the service" and "this will never happen again, we promise" but, no surprise, nothing changes.
I emailed customer service at Precision outlining my frustration (including pictures of damaged packages and the communication for where to deliver) and I got, "Please provide the tracking number so we can assist you"...which means they obviously didn't read the complaint (so I sent them all 21 tracking numbers at that time, since they were so interested in "assisting me"). I was told that they were going to "retrain that driver" (because it was only one? and retrain them to what? read? follow directions? do their job with some pride?) so clearly I wasn't confident that any action would be taken.
I had 2.5 blissful weeks of no ASL deliveries (only Dragonfly, who ALWAYS follow instructions and take care of my parcels) and then, this week, I received 2 from ASL and wouldn't you know it...both plopped on my front porch in the only part of the porch that has snow.
They obviously do not care about the safety or care of your parcels, nor take any accountability. I wish I could bar them from accepting my shipments (Amazon claims they cannot).
