Precision consulting has been great. Stephanie has been a life saver, at my initial contact with Stephanie I informed her how anxious I was about my project and the first thing she said was tell me about your being anxious so I did Stephanie reassured me that I would not have to be anxious anymore. Honestly I contact her by phone at anytime and she always answers, we go over the editing via phone to ensure that everything is good, the editing is always perfect so glad that I met her.

I was exceptionally please with both Stephanie and Billy's help on my methodology and analysis. Stephanie made it easy to be comfortable with using the service and helped me with my format, and Billy made it easy to understand the SPSS results. They even went out of their way to work with me on a Saturday taking time out of their own day to work with me. I cannot thank them both enough. Precision Consulting and their people are willing to go out of their way to help you finish your dissertation and they care!

I am deeply disappointed by Precision Consulting and working with Stephanie. My PhD dissertation is in a mess and every time it comes back with more mistakes than before. It is still not finished and I have become a checker of the supposed to be experts. I truly would not recommend them to anyone as they missed the deadline with a few days and just had excuses with no accountability. It is a waste of time and money. I had a bit of a rocky start with Szamore at Precision. My first deadline was missed by 2 days. I admit the work was good quality, but having to fork out 8k for another class was a hard pill to swallow. That being said, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for help with their work, because I have worked in sales for the better part of 30 years and have heard all sorts of promises and lines in my day. Szamore never once treated this like a sales process. He really worked hard with me to make sure I understood how my research was coming together and that my chair's revisions were properly addressed. I remember, there was one night that we were on the phone for over an hour at well after 10pm, because my chair had told me blatantly conflicting feedback that went against what she had said two revisions prior. I was furious and felt like she just had it in for me. Szamore helped me to understand that it wasn't personal and that GCU is just hard to get approval at certain points. He stayed calm and let me vent and then we put a plan together for fixing my work and we got it sorted out without me having to pay an arm and a leg for his time. Actually, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. Sincerety can't be faked, and that's why I'll definitely keep working with him as I finish my dissertation. I recommend being very clear on due dates if you work with Precision, so you don't have bumpy start, but the work they did was fantastic.

You will spend your hard earned money on missed deadlines and return of work when they feel like it. You will prolong your education career because of this. They promise unlimited edits but it’s not edited or it’s half edited. You give them guidance on what supposed to be done and they don’t do it. You have to call and e-mail them very frequently to even get your project back. You call to speak with upper management to report the problem and they don’t call back.

Highly disappointed. I deleted everything they wrote. Even after the round of edits it was just junk. Do not recommend. Please refund or expect a disputed charge.

DO NOT USE!!! This company makes promises to complete projects by set deadlines and then does not do it. I was promised by Craig that my projects would be completed by 3/10 they have not been. When I contacted the agency, they emailed that they would get an update for me. I followed up on 3/11 and received another email that I would be provided with an update. At this point it was a moot point because I paused my vacation to complete everything myself. On today I contacted the company to request a refund because I have not received anything and have no need to receive anything. I was promised that someone from upper management would return my call. I have yet to receive a call.

From the customer service, to the non-disclosure, to the delivery of the promised product, OUTSTANDING!

I submitted my banded dissertation to them, and they were friendly and helpful until they returned my dissertation completely wrong. Our university has very specific formatting, which I not only included in the submission, but I also had my paper written in the basic template. They took it and completely undid the required formatting. For example, we are required to submit a comprehensive reference listing after the introduction, but then we also must submit a reference listing after each specific product/article. They removed all of the individual reference listings after each article and moved my comprehensive list to the end of the entire document. Additionally, the undid my title page formatting and page numbering, which was very specific to their specifications and which took me a significant amount of time to get correct in the first place because of my struggles with Microsoft word. Once it was returned, and I was unhappy they offered to help correct the error. By that time, I had redone the basic formatting with the exception of those terrible page number requirements, but I asked that they re-review it with the correct format to be sure that I didn't make any errors during my correction. They agreed to do so, but since that time they have ignored any inquiries, and they have not returned the new review at all. I am extremely unhappy in general. A friend who is an English prof also looked over my work, and her feedback was much more valuable in general. This is not acceptable considering how much I paid.

All the positive reviews posted here are fake. The company does not deliver a good job at all. They will require you to pay the whole amount of money so you can do nothing after they deliver the very very very bad quality work they will deliver you. Actually this is a scam and Precision Consulting is a crook company. Don't get caught! By the principle of honesty, I need to tell everybody before they get in the trap in which I fell!

I am so grateful that God led me to find Precision. Walden University does not want to help students, they just want to take your money. I spent so much on the courses and then it became really obvious that they were going to kick me out of the program when they kept failing my prospectus. I hired Precision and they understood what my professor wanted. It still took months of revisions and corrections but they responded every time and rewrote and rewrote until my proposal was approved. I will definitely be hiring them to write chapters 4 and 5.

Some times there are no words for how awesome something or someone is. Precision (Ben, specifically) have been so patient with me and this whole dissertation process! The entire team has been very responsive, professional, and SUPPORTIVE throughout this awful process called, DISSERTATION. To be fair, the Precision team isn't made up of a bunch of Houdini/Houndinas, so if you hand them a POS don't expect them to hand you back a diamond. Quite frankly, you dont deserve a diamond if you do something like that. But if you are truly reaching for the stars, doing your best, and WORK WITH them, Precision will exceed your expectations and make you look like one. I will be forever grateful to this UH-MAY-ZING (felt good to misspell something on purpose..haha!) group of experts. Hands-down recommend.

It's hard to really say what I expected when I called Precision, but I was really happy with what they did to help me. I worked with Szamor and found that it was better to call him to get in touch with him than to email (sometimes I had to wait a few hours for an email response, but he always made time to speak right away over the phone, even if we just scheduled time for a call back later). I think the thing that impressed me about Precision the most was how they could tell me something about my research and then weeks later my supervisor would say the same thing. It's like they were one step ahead of her the whole time. I also appreciated their patience with me. We had to go through 3 revisions of my literature review in order to get it right, but they were supportive and positive the entire time even when I was getting frustrated with comments that showed my supervisor hadn't even read whole sections of my work! Precision helped cary what would have been a huge burden for me and I'm glad I found them!

I wasn't sure if I was going to use Precision Consulting at first. It is hard to justify spending money when the holidays take so much of my family's attention and resources. Admittedly, I'm glad that after speaking with my wife we moved forward. They did a lot to help me with my data analysis and the young man who first spoke to me, Szamor offered a lot of extra insight into ways I could improve my research overall, even though I opted not to use those other services. I'll probably have them help me to submit my work to a couple of journals in the near future once things settle down after the holidays.

Thank you so much to Precision for everything you all do! I will always remain extremely thankful for helping shepherd me through this terrible process. I never would have been able to handle the stress of the program, mistreatment by the administration, and disinterest of my professors without having you as my secret weapon. I am certainly a lifelong customer and now that I graduated, I'm very excited about the publication we are working on.

I am so grateful to Precision for giving me my family life back. My wife was diagnosed with cancer right as my topic was approved. The prospect of work, the schedule of treatment, and school was incredibly daunting. They were able to take what I had already written and make it into a reality. Most importantly, I was free in the evening and on weekends to be there for my wife. They helped with each step and after getting chapters 1-3 approved, all i needed to do was share a link they gave me on Survey Monkey to send to all my participants. They even helped me keep on going when at first I couldn't get enough people to finish my survey. I'm now ready to graduate and am just making some final edits for ProQuest. All this was completed in just 8 months since I started working with Clark and Ben in the spring. I am certain I would have completed my study by myself, but I also know I would still be working on it and I would have missed so much time with my family. I am sending my friends and colleagues to Precision and highly recommend them.

Without Precision I would have long since given up on my dissertation. My professor refuses to review more than 3 pages at a time. I counted and Precision revised my proposal alone over 20 times. I would normally think something was the matter with the work produced but my professor would go back and forth about decisions. First she wanted it to be phenomenology and then a qualitative descriptive study. But after Precision revised, she made us change it back again to a phenomenology. And this was before she would even let me submit to URR, where they then completely disagreed with many of the changes we were told to make and we had to change it back again. Infuriating. Throughout all of this Ben has been my rock and has always responded promptly and completed the work requested. If I had paid for each revision, I think I would have spent at least double my tuition alone. While it was a significant up front cost, Precision has saved me thousands of dollars and months of time and tuition.

Being burned by a couple other editors - including one my chair actually recommended - was humiliating. I know that I'm not an academic writer, but I write pretty well. I just didn't know all the APA stuff that AQR kept slamming me on. I worked with the writing center and everything, but I was still being told that I wasn't making the "progress I should be" with my proposal. Giving Precision a call was something I had mixed feelings about, but I gave them a try because I read about them in the forums. It was worth every penny. There were some hiccups with the first version because of some passive voice issues, but when I told them about it they fixed it for me right away for free and then the work was approved on the second try! I think the thing that made me like them so much was that when I spoke with Britney on the phone she was actually a caring human and gave me an amazing first impression compared to my other experiences. I have recommended them to two people from my cohort and one actually used them and he had a great experience too.

Well I don't have much to say other than thank you Precision! I almost had to quit my program and didn't get along with my mentor at all. She didn't even read my work and would tell me to revise stuff SHE had told me to include etc. I was starting to think that I'd have to give up and then my friend told me to try reaching out to Precision. I couldn't really afford to work with them because as a single parent every penny was already spent before I got it, but Zamor was patient with me (and persistent in reaching out to me). When I finally did decide to talk to him more, he helped me to find a way to get my work done. Actually, he even helped me stand up to my mentor in a way I would never have thought to and inside a couple of months we were morving forward again!

I hired Precision as my company regularly requires large amounts of data to be analyzed. We had a massive dataset of customer and sales data. Our in-house quantitative person quit and we learned he had been faking his analysis reports. It was terrifying to learn that we had been making decisions based on erroneous information. We needed an analysis fast so we could pivot and Precision is the first place we reached out to. From the beginning I was blown away by the professionalism of Craig. He suggested some methods for analyzing our data which we hadn’t previously considered. I then worked directly with Clark to have the analysis completed along with a full professional report within only a week. We will definitely be reaching out to Precision again, we would have sounds tens of thousands of dollars if we had just used them from the beginning.
