The best driving instructor, truly - I was a nervous wreck prior to starting driving lessons with Rob because of previous experiences with other driving schools, however because of his patience, and caring nature he was able to lead me to pass my driving test on my first attempt (with only 3 minors!)

I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone - you cannot find someone more knowledgeable than him. He has passed on tips in relation to driving that I will use for life, not just in the driving test. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me and how he has improved my confidence on the road.

I wouldn't have asked for a better instructor than you Rob. You are very professional, friendly, calm and patient. Throughout my learning period Rob never changed his calm tune even when i was making a mistake over his corrections repeatedly at times. He believed in me more than i did in myself. From the first lesson, he made me feel safe and in control. He explains everything gently and clearly, never rushes you, and always notices exactly what you need in that moment. His confidence in me helped me rebuild my own confidence.

I’m really glad I had Rob as my driving instructor. From the start, he was calm, patient, and really good at explaining things in a way that made sense. Even when I struggled with one of the parking manoeuvres (reverse bay parking), he never got frustrated, he just kept helping me improve.

He made learning to drive feel less stressful, and I always felt supported during lessons. That gave me the confidence, not just to pass the test, but to be a safe driver.

Rob is an amazing and extraordinary instructor. Very calm, soft spoken and polite. Had a terrible experience with a rude instructor when I started learning in the past before I met him. I thought it would take me a long time to learn to drive as was so traumatised by previous instructors rude remarks. But when I started taking lessons with Rob , he never got annoyed even for once. He is always encouraging and very systematic in his approach to teach. I passed my test in the first attempt very smoothly. I am very thankful and would recommend him to any new learners highly. Driving lessons does not have to be stressful, it can be very fun if you get the right instructor like Rob in Thanet area.
