Disgusting!
Orderd the starter box. Received homless clothes in much smaller sizes then described. Wrote to customer support about the issue multiple times but no answer. Just a scam. When I saw the clothes I thought this was a joke! Horrible condition not even washed or anything. Absolutely dont buy from them! They have already closed the store and disappeared but I don't think they will get away with it. Or at least i hope so.

I ordered a package in November and it still hasn’t shown up

WORST THINKABLE PRODUCT. My son received a bunch of outworn dirty and smelly clothes. Don´t try to use this Order no. #24430

I received my order, and instead of vintage clothes (as they say they sell..) it were old vests from H&M. I asked for return instructions by email and via Instagram but no response..

My experience went as follows:
I ordered a box, which was shipped after some confusion. When I received the box the contents were not what I ordered. I contacted customer support about returning the box, and was told that if I returned the box I would receive a refund. I returned the box to them (had to pay my own shipping). It has been a couple of weeks and I still have not received a refund. When I tried contacting customer support again, they had shut down their email address that was originally used, so I had to contact their new support line. I still haven't received a response.

I understand that this is most likely a smaller company, but the marketing is deceiving, and the customer support needs improvement.

All I want is my money back.

The clothes are from charity, they are all ruined, they smell really bad, they don't even come folded, a real robbery

SCAM!!! I didn’t receive anything after waiting 2-3 months luckily I was able to get my money back through pay pal

I was scammed.

I ordered a box of pants and light jackets all in size S. everything was in a disgusting state. I didn’t even weared it, I felt disgusted. the clothes were torn and very worn.

The pants came in size XL. I asked for a change 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything yet. Also the juxest are not like on their website.

I think it will be faster for them to just send my money back.

Avoid this "company" extremely unprofessional, I ordered two boxes by mistake and immediately sent an email saying that I want to cancel one shipment after I received an email that says "I will take care of it", of course two packages arrived, one was a pre-owned starter box which contained two items, one Ralph Lauren t-shirt in bad condition and one Nike hoodie in ok condition, the other box was a 4-5 kg ​​box in which very bad, unclean and extremely used items that are not for wearing,which can be found in the second-hand market for €0.50

The contents of the box are in a very poor condition, they probably send the items that can't be sold in their stores... I understand that it's second hand clothing but clothing with mold on it is a bit too much for me.
They also send you the bare minimum when they advertise 1-2 items or 4-5kg for example.
Don't buy here!

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
They sent me a shipping confirmation and didn’t hand over the package to the courier for more than 10 days now! (Original shipping time said to be 3-4 days)
On top of that, they sent an excuse saying that the postal service in their region was affected by a staff shortage - the postal service they mentioned was a different one than the one I received my tracking number from!

Support doesn’t answer for days and only sends copy and paste messages. Horrible horrible horrible. Please don’t order from them

I bought the t-shirt box, but immediately after buying it I wrote to the customer service to get the order canceled, as I had regretted the purchase. Customer service didn’t answer my email, and 5 days later I got the box. Since I haven’t heard from the company by then I thought it would be too much of a hassle to get my money back and decided to open the box. The description of the box clearly says “4-6”shirts, and “perfect condition”. Neither turned out to be true. I got 3 VERY low quality t-shirts. Please don’t buy anything from this company.

So first off, delivery time was set at 3-4 days. A week later I asked if they would send the box that week and was told it will go out after 4-5 more days. After waiting another week, i asked again and was told that it would go out in 3-4 days. Waited another week and only then I got a message that GLS would deliver. After 3.5 weeks.
After opening the box, there was already a strong smell and 2 of the items smelled like alcohol and sweat plus they were completely worn out. The third one was okay but I did not like the style. All 3 items were of bad quality in terms of material. Plus they were all no name articles and after their advertisment on instagram I thought I would receive at least better quality fleeces.
So really awful experience in terms of delivery, customerservice and the product itself. Would never recommend.

I ordered the 4 kilogram t-shirt box from them. But a box arrived with women's sweaters. After asking, they initially didn't want to take it back but then relented because I know the law. I didn't want the package anymore because even with the sweaters there was only no name and ugly sweaters in it. which you can buy on the flow market for 1-2 euros. After I sent the package back, I didn't get a refund as agreed but I got a new box, which I've never received until today because it was handed over to the neighbor Fechner, but this neighbor doesn't exist at all. I don’t have getting my money back.For me, ordering is just a hassle and costs energy and nerves for false promises and poor support. Conclusion: I don’t recommend ordering from there and insist on your rights if something goes wrong.

Ordered a large Fleece Box. I got two medium an one had a broken zipper, making the fleece useless cause i could not open or close it (also had sharp edges on which i cut myself slightly when trying to open). Sent it back and also wrote an email. Still waiting for my refund.

I ordered a Box, cause I decided to try it and honestly it was a great experience. I washed the clothes before trying them on, which i would everyone recommend doing, especially with vintage clothes.
For the price the quality was great and I'm definitely considering buying another box again!!

I couldn't be happier with my recent purchase! The box I received exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and variety. I will definitely order again!

I orderes a hoodie/sweater set. There were some fresh pieces, bly thing if you live in Germany you can wait maybe 2 weeks but three to five hoodies for the price is amazing. They were also in good conditions. Check it out

I ordered a box of jackets. When It arrived, some of the jackets were not in the nicest conditions and we complained to the company. After the complaint, they contacted us inmediately and offered a new box to made up for the problems. This second box arrived and It totally fulfilled our expectations. I have to thank them for the comprehension of our problem and I suggest all of you to purchase something from them, as I feel they really try to make their users happy
