I ordered but they didn't send it even though it's been 2 weeks
When I asked they said it was out of stock
They sent the one they had and then sent the rest
I ordered again, 2 weeks passed and there was no news
I sent an e-mail
They said there is no product and they will refund the money in 8 days
If I don't follow up they don't notify me and don't refund
I ordered multiple items with an expected delivery of nov 1st. On nov 2nd my items weren’t even sent yet so I contacted them. Gulcan immediately replied and helped me sort out a refund since I didn’t need the items anymore.
The shipment came after 9 days after the order was placed. Surely it was much later than the indicated delivery date at the time of placing order, but I am happy with the items.
