Do not buy anything from Praxia-US

We bought two Praxia-US gps cat trackers upon reading the recommendations from CNN.COM. But the order has never reached our home - the tracking shows it was sent to Chicago and back to our city, about 1000 miles away; and the parcel was going back and forth many times! We emailed Praxia.com, but they simply asked us to go to the post office! We did nevertheless, but the office staff told us they do not retrieve good like this for us. We emailed Praxia again, but nothing came back from them!

Do not buy anything from this company, and do not trust CNN.COM's recommendation!

Horrible experience

GPS tracker offer is a scam. No receipts acknowledgement of my order. No response to inquiries. Will be requesting a refund from my credit card immediately!!! Buy a reputable brand
