Well sourced food and well cooked = delicious meals. Well recommended.

I received my box of frozen curry's and peshwari naans in good condition and still frozen. I put them in the freezer. Once I cooked the curries I could not believe how wonderful they were. Full of flavour and really delicious the naans are the best I've ever had. Truly deserving of the 5 star rating.

First the positives -the curries are authentic Indian, tastes like homemade and are not too greasy. If you are someone who normally makes curries using store bought curry pastes and kits, this is perfect for you to have some better, real curries.
If you are already an excellent cook, makes awesome curries and is thinking of buying this just to take a break, then it’s not perfect. I was just taking a break from my cooking and didn’t find it good enough. ‘Grandma’s curry’ wasn’t flavourful enough for us and the chicken biriyani was ok but didn’t have much chicken at all. The South Indian garlic chicken curry had potential, but had the rawish flavour of onions and garlic cutting through made it not so pleasant. The extra hot lamb Bhuna was very nice. So yeah, mixed opinions here. I’m still on the lookout for amazing curries that I can enjoy without cooking them myself!

Excellent curries and fabulous customer service

Love this curry, been purchasing for quite some time now. Great chunks of tender chicken ones are favorite, with lovely spices and choice of spice heat. One qualification though, sauce not considered liquid enough, producing a rather dry dish no matter the care taken in heating. So have taken to adding a home made liquidly curry sauce right up to the brim, similar to that in the chip shop. The result is a fantastic 5 star curry with lashings of juice to coat the rice or chips. Basmati rice btw well soaked before hand and thoroughly washed under running water B4 cooking with the total water absorption method. A truly memorable curry then is the result and all the more satisfying as you've had the opportunity to add that little personal touch according to your taste!

Excellent curry, easy to cook and delicious taste - we tried the Shaadi Murgh and were amazed with the quality for a frozen curry. Will certainly be purchasing and trying the other Praveen Kumar curry's and adding the brand to our weekly menu!

I have just done my first order and collected it straight from their premises. Me and my son have tried a couple of the dishes so far, chasni and tikka masala. So far we have not been disappointed. The curries are full of flavour, and plenty of meat in them both. We still have a few others to try aswell as the chicken pakora, but I have no doubt they will be just as tasty. Will definitely order again.

Food is awesome, service is Awesome

We have just had our first taste of Praveen Kumar authentic Indian cuisine and were very impressed. I am a bit of a wimp and like a mild curry but the butter chicken was just full of flavour and even my husband (who loves his curries hot and spicy) agreed. He loved his Rogan josh and the rice was light and fluffy. Thanks also to Andy for introducing us to the brand and ensuring that we will be able to buy more of these delicious meals at local stockists.

I came across Kumar's just over a year ago. I liked the natural ingredients, I am not a fan of colourings etc.

I am on an enforced healthy diet and Kumar hit the spot.

I like their simplicity, the range of food, freezer friendly and the points system. All of which is supported by a simple online system and reliable delivery.
