I had a "my laptop is not working' drama, Dan from the Henley shop quickly sorted the issue in a very reassuring and calm manner, I was extremely grateful and do not hesitate to recommend their services.
Absolutely brilliant service, received an upgraded phone after the one I ordered was sold - totally amazing, kept me updated and went well above and beyond, an easy 5-star rating.
The guys who work there are so friendly and helpful. Took my external hard drive to them which had all my photos from the last 20 years! They fixed it and didn't hard sell their own products and were happy I bought a new one elsewhere and they did the data transfer. Great service!
The inside of the Henley shop is much more modern and impressive than one would expect from the shop front.
The service is excellent - second to none in my experience.
The only downside is that it is not always easy to park directly outside the shop.
We visited Christopher Pratts specifically for a new suite. The selection of furniture was immense and we were allowed to look around without any fuss. However help was at hand if we needed any information. Goods were ordered which was to be delivered in 10-12 weeks
Halfway through we received an email informing us all was going well
Then we were told the suite was available to be delivered and a date was agreed.
We were then informed on a regular basis of where the delivery drivers were and their ETA
The two men who delivered the furniture were polite and installed the suite professionally in a well mannered way .
Nothing went wrong . Everyone involved was professional and polite .

Big brand high spec laptop, 3 years old and just out of warranty, would not switch on. Charger and battery previously fine. Took to my local Pratts Pods store, having used them once before for iPhone screen replacement. After initial countertop investigation ruled out anything simple it was submitted for diagnostic. Back within a few working days after reassuring explanatory phone conversation with their engineer (bios not permitting power on). Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and personal service plus a 2 month warranty in case it recurs (total bill was £60 diagnostic fee). Better than I was used to from previous employer’s (big US brand IT firm) in-house IT support. Recommend.
