Terrible return response.....I ordered 3 pieces and they did arrive in a timely manner. However, I am not thrilled with the pieces and have been trying to return with no luck. Have emailed them for a return address to no avail. For a company that seems to respond to facebook memes they are remarkably silent for the return request. Would not recommend doing business with them again.

Fake stones!
They advertise the amethyst mala bracelet as if it is genuine stone but when I received it, it is very clearly fake plastic. Definitely not genuine stone. I was able to scratch the top plastic layer off. I tried to write a review on their site re: the bracelet and they didn't post it. It's a shame that the site markets itself with a spiritual flair but deceives it's patrons.

I ordered three pieces and two were broken. No response to several requests. I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option.

This company is a complete rip off. Unfortunately I'm out $80.... purchased three of the multi strand bracelet/necklace and received three crappy single strand bracelets ... DO NOT PURCHASE AYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ... they have essentially NO COSTUMER SERVICE!!

I purchased a 7 stone chakra bracelet. The description specifically stated it had amethyst. However, the purple and dark blue beads are very clearly painted. They bleed onto the string and leave stains on my arm. I have sent several messages over the past week and have heard nothing back. Do not order from this company.

After having ordered items from Prana Heart a total of 4 times, the fourth item did not arrive. I was upset bc I could not get ahold of them, but after a few tries, they responded and sent me a replacement bracelet. YAYYYYY! I love their products and now I love their customer service as well.

Love love love. I got my order fast...maybe I got.lucky? I think it is a bit pricey though. You can buy these beads on eBay for a fraction of the cost but I was lazy and purchased this time. It's super pretty and I can not wait to wear it.

Nobody answers the 800 number.
If/when you finally get an email response THEY LIE and say they are sending the merchandise--but it NEVER ARRIVES!

Similar to other reviewers, I have been waiting since March 8 for an order to ship. The tracking info I received last week on April 25 is for "pre-shipment". I did receive an email response to my complaint and previous products I ordered are of a good quality, so I will give this a few more days. However, at this time, they need to stop FB advertising and concentrate on order fulfillment.

Ordered a bracelet nearly two months ago and have not received it. They will not answer phone, email, or facebook messages. Clearly a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Zero customer service...no return calls, no returns emails!! They take your money and do not ship your order. DO NOT order from them! I've been waiting 2 months!

Terrible service. Shipping delayed for weeks. Told me numerous times that the items has been shipped, but tracking information is invalid. Still waiting. Never again. Filed claim with card co.

I finally received my order and I have to say, it is high quality and beautiful. All I can say is, Practice Patience. It took a very long time, but they DID send my order and I Love It!

Ordered a bracelet from a FB ad over a month ago and still have not received it. They took my credit card info, which is concerning to me now. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. I received a FB message with order update and tracking info. Tracking info doesn't work. I even called USPS and they said the number isn't valid. It certainly seems like a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'll be sure to check company reviews before clicking on a FB ad again!!!

Scam. steals your money, does not ship products and they have your address and credit card information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
