Lots of goods but the staff needs improvement. I went to buy accessories for my pool, in a store I never visited before in Pazardzhik - a lot of employees were gathered in groups and chatting - no one willing to help proactively. When I asked for help I was just directed from one group of employees to another

Shocking attitude from the Shumen Branch. Ordered £750, 1600Leva of items in the Black Friday sale. Waited 3 weeks and no delivery. When we chased and chased all we got was emails saying courier will call you. No calls no items. Went to the Shumen Beanch where a rude lady just said “cancelled” we asked when we get our money back, she shrugged maybe 14 days. I ended up having to claim through my credit card. I will never order from them again.

Horrendous. Paid for an order and for 7 days, had to constantly call and email them and the courier as no one knew what was happening and why it wasn't being delivered. After this long and no actual delivery date, I cancelled the purchase. I was then told I will only get my refund when they receive the order in their store/warehouse. The entire issue was that I never got it, so any potential loss or damage was not due to me - why wait for the return, especially after I waited this long already? For 7 days, I never received an apology for the trouble or a reply. I had to follow up several times a day to get contradicting info. Today, they condescendingly informed me that the legal terms for refunds allow up to 14 days to the seller. Happy to hear they know the laws. Maybe they should've learned customer care basics as well.

Customer service is equal to amazon de. Absolute disgraceful.

Complete ignorance. The stuff make us buy voltage transformators that we already have and after that they don’t want to return our money.
The complete SCAM of Praktiker is they have to sell, no matter if you need this or not. AVOID AT ANY COST!

I bought a Husquarna petrol chainsaw at Praktiker Dobrich, which broke down after only 10 hours of use.

Back at the store, the employees explained they would have to return the saw to manufacturer which would take "some time". After only 3 weeks they called and claimed that the spark timing has been on failure, which got repaired. I´d have to pay 36 BGN for the repair - even it´s on EU warranty.

As of EU warranty laws, any repair within first 24 months is on sellers expenses - which isn´t on interest for Praktiker Bulgaria.

I only went there for the promotions, many of the ones from the websites weren't at the store, or there were different prices.
Main issues though are the rude and super unhelpful employees, not making any effort at all (with very few exceptions), high prices, confusing store, and the choice of products which is underwhelming.
Products are more fancy than for real work, lots of basic construction or renovation products are missing.
Paints, soil & seeds, other products ... have very very few natural / organic products if at all, no vegan soil.
Employess are not only rude and unhelpful and giving the impression that they hope not having to deal with customers at all, just standing or walking around, but they also almost never know anything at all about neither products nor renovation / building. At all.
I came for very basic things for renovation and garden, I didn't get half of it.
This review is after having been there and having left there very frustrated at least 3 times.
Also, someone should tell them about customer rights, to return items.
There is no respect for customers throughout the store.
Parking spaces too small, and entrance, too, for getting back to car with large items.
So, wasted many hours on the website as products in the store didn't match the offers, I asked employees, they had never heard about the products I had seen on the website.
Each time in the store I spend 80 percent of my time searching and searching, there are no English signs, no logic, and often, search is simply in vain.
