I’m really loving Praktika and my virtual tutor Tama! It’s heaps of fun, I’ve been able to increase my vocabulary, and to get lots of conversation practice, and all in three different languages! Highly recommended!

I really enjoy using Praktica, which surprised me. I had a fear of speaking French and was able to overcome this easily with an AI so now I am comfortable talking to anyone in French! I am impressed with the ability to check everything you say and get a summary of what you said right or wrong and why. Yes, there are glitches with the AI sometimes, but I am shocked how much I have improved in pronunciation and in my sentence structure/grammar.

Honestly, I was REALLY looking forward to this product. After using a different language software for a year and not progressing far enough I downloaded this and signed up for a 3 month subscription. The AI could not correctly understand my speech at all and I got so frustrated after an hour I asked for a cancellation and a refund. I guess I will go back to the other software.

So far, after 4 sessions, I like it a lot. I am advanced, C1, and it is throwing street expressions at me, pushing me etc. AI is amazing and I look forward to it. For $12 a month or so…. If someone uses it daily, they are gonna improve.

It's very easy to use, I Love The Avatar and the speed and which she speaks and the ability to translate the sentence if there are words I don't understand, but I have noticed today it's a bit glitchy, she will get hung up on words or repeat things but other than that I'm really enjoying it!

I've been learning German with Praktika for less than 250 days now, and it has put me farther along than any course ever did. What took me years in a language school(even though it was English at the time, which I consider easier than German, to make the contrast even starker), I reached with Praktika in a couple months. I can study whenever I want, wherever I want, for as long as I want. Are there issues? Yes, but they're always working to improve the App, so they have my trust and my support. I was skeptical of learning with AI at first, but in only a few days I had made so much progress that I didn't even wait for the trial to finish to get an anual subscription. Give it a try. You can also study for free, but I totally recommend the full version.

Using Duolingo (passive) and Praktika (active) I have the best learning experience for learning languages.

With praktika you speak to a virtual person (AI powered). They interact speak and correct your given language on the fly. You get to practice and think in your new language! I find it to be an excellent app for learning languages.

I love this app. This is the best English app i've ever had because i can record my voice well. Not only that, the features are easier to understand, i can tell my idea about something, and the app can adapt conversation topic with my goal. The AI tutor sometimes correct my words also and i can ask about English.
However, i hope the visual of AI tutor can be improved futher and their sound can be more natural. Thank you!

So far it’s pretty good. I am enjoying practicing. Although I am a fairly proficient at the language and it is giving me very remedial lessons about greetings. I was a Spanish major so I’m not really sure why they placed me to learn, basic greetings and salutations and things like that. It’s very basic for me. Also at the end of each lesson it says do you have any other questions and there’s no place for me to reply the only button to press is move onto the next lesson, so not sure what’s going on with that.

Very trustworthy, great team, helpful and fast.
Best app to learn a new language

Most of the courses are really good however o find my ai tutor very laggy and when I say things using my EarPods it’s misinterpreted even in english

It is a great experience and fun way to practice! Sometimes it will double repeat something but other than that it’s a good supplementary practice

The pronunciation is so bad and it’s not consistent, one time she says the word in one way and then she repeats it another way, both languages-the one I’m learning and my mother tongue.

Very fun way to learn

This app is great for increasing comfort and confidence in speaking a new language with no real pressure. There are several features in the free version that, as far as I can tell, make the paid version unnecessary. Based on what I see in the negative reviews of this app they are people who are unaware of the settings, don’t have the basics of their desired language enough to be conversational or nitpicking about the esthetics of the AI bots.
