the bag is nice, but also grommets popped off after using it for 3 days. not as sturdy as I'd hoped but still pretty good

I really like the material the bag is made out of. It’s roomy and holds everything I needed. I can’t wait for Christmas to give my daughter-in-law hers!

This is a fantastic handbag! The more compartments, the better. I love the versitilty and weight.

I like this bag, but I am not quite sure yet about all of the straps. There are a lot of choices, but they tend to get in the way just a bit. They are nice and sturdy, but that makes them a bit stiff as well. Very roomy bag, but I almost with it was about an inch wider and the outside pockets were a tad taller. Overall, really like it.

Took a long time to get a response from you folks when I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Tried emailing several times, responding to your emails, finally, I put a comment on FB when you’re ad popped up and you responded. Not very customer friendly. I was giving the purse as a gift and I had a short window of time to get it to them thus, my urgency.

When I got the bag, I expected some instructions on how the bag can be used in several ways but all I found was a crushed postcard with icons for social media. I bought this gift for an older person who is not comfortable with websites, etc., so now, it’s up to me to show them how the bag can be used. I have watched your videos but they are not detailed enough about how the bag can be changed. Maybe you should consider written instructions?

I have no issues with the bag itself. It is sturdy and well-built. I hope my friend likes it as much as I did.

This bag is practical, nice big size for daily and weekend trips. I find the convertibility really helpful for different looks. The style is more casual and everyday. I bought the grey orange interior, it appears more brown and goes with most everything. Lots of pocket space for organization and strong material. Great price for value!

I would give the highest rating but I paid for expedited 2 day shipping and they refunded the money instead of getting it here on time.

However, I did receive my bag rather quickly and received excellent costumer service.

Also, I love this bag. It is perfect for a larger woman. I've never purchased a backpack that actually fit me correctly. I'm around 5'10" and it's wonderful. A lot of pockets and room for everything I need to carry. Very well made. And very lightweight which is what I was looking for. It's light even with all my stuff in it. I also love that the pockets on the outside are huge and zip up as well as the main compartment. It's got excellent, well thought out, multiple pockets for great organization. Well done Pragmastyle. I'm a very happy customer. :)

Replying to the sellers questions about my review: when I mean it has no structure, I meant it is floppy and just looks like a piece of cloth with a handle— it only looks like a bag when you have it filled. The handle strap is not thick, flimsy and just looks like those straps you can find in mini toy bags from the Dollar section at Target. It doesn’t look like it will hold up long especially when you keep bag filled up.

Not as good as the description online. It has no structure and the material looks cheap. Definitely not worth its price. This should be priced lower than what it is.

I'd give this bag 3.5 stars. It's sturdy, has enough pockets and space to fit everything I need, including my lap top and is comfortable to wear as a backpack. However, the straps can't really be pulled down and hidden and two of the zippers already were coming off the teeth. They were easily fixed so I hope they stay attached. I'm still excited about the bag and just hope it holds up for a while.

I was excited for this bag, since it will accommodate from back pack to sling unfortunately l am too short to use it.
I emailed the company at info @ pragmastyle.com, an hour after I received the bag, since no matter how I adjust the straps, I can't use it in anyway possible. But I got a reply from Philippe Bouchard that keeps offering me "15% partial refund and keep the bag. Otherwise, I will send you a return label and refund the shipping costs minus 6 $." I replied by thanking and asking to ask for the return label. And I keep getting a reply with the same information since August 24th. I have so much hope for this company but I am disappointed on how they handle returns.

I needed a diaper bag for my newborn but couldn’t find one that could function as a multipurpose bag and didn’t look like a diaper bag. It is exactly what I was looking for. Lots of useful pockets and the orange interior makes it easy to find what I’m looking for. Both sets of straps are sturdy and functional.

Received bag in timely manner as promised. Bag is of pretty good quality and is as described. For my intended purpose it is just what I needed. I'll be using this when I travel to put light (not to heavy) stuff in that I will need for the day's outing.

I ordered this bag because it's versatile and I didn't thought I will get it before we left in vacation, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got it one day before we had to leave.

Absolutely fantastic bag! I love that I can wear it four different ways, and it holds so much. It’s great for my busy days where I need to bring a lot of work and school stuff with me, and the material is super high quality and reliable. This is definitely my go-to bag!
