Meh customer service
So for some reason wherever I ordered the bag from ...... added an incorrect shipping address ...not sure how that happened ..looking into it.
I had clicked shipping address is same as billing (and money would not have gone through with a wrong billing address- which was correct). I usually double check - so again not sure where that other address came from ...
Didn't catch it until it said delivered - to someplace I don't live.
Customer service has been interesting. I asked if they could be resent or if I could get a refund. Or if there was any recourse. Answer was here is the receipt. It was delivered. Crickets.
Not impressed. It also .took a few days to get the answer.
