On the 9th May I came to Practice Plus Group for a tooth removal and I was very very pleased with the way I was treated and made to feel relaxed as I am 82 years old i was not looking forward to it but the team in the surgery was absolutely brilliant many thanks

The care I received from all of the staff that I came into contact with from the moment I walked in to when I left was absolutely superb,helpful,friendly,professional,everything I could of asked for for my stay

Excellent service was really looked after everything was explained staff went above and beyond from the receptionist team to the theatre staff to the Porter
Especially a wonderful nurse called Komar who made me feel totally at ease the whole time

I had a gastroscopy today not sedated Theatre staff and Dr were absolutley amazing , i felt cared for and they made me feel at ease , brilliant team thankyou

From my arrival to preparing for the surgery, the surgery and post care information was great. The next day call was excellent. Thanks to all the team.

I’ve recently had cataract surgery at Practice Plus Group innGillingham.I think everyone is nervous and worried. After all it’s our precious eyes, being operated on. I was much more relaxed for my second op. From the pre-op assessment through to the second op, the staff were fantastic. Everyone is so friendly. Helping to put you at ease. Massimo ( The surgeon) was very friendly and efficient. I wish I could remember all the names.i had different teams for the two appointments. They were all great friendly and chatty. Vicky on reception went the extra mile getting my second appointment booked in, as I needed it fitted Inbetween other hospital appointments and when Massimo was working. I rung a couple of times with a couple of concerns. Again they were so helpful, putting my mind at rest, Nothing is too much trouble.

The surgeon was excellent. The whole process from start to finish finish was superb.
The nurses were so accommodating namely, Komal and Brijalin.

Had cause to visit Portsmouth Plus Group for an Echocardiograme.The Cardiac Sonographer was excellent, he reassured me throughout the procedure what would happen. After the procedure he said my results would be at my doctors within a week. I phoned my doctor after just over a week and spoke to a receptionist, she said no results were in but check on the NHS App in a few days. I checked but nothing was there so I phoned the Practice plus group and got an answering machine, it said they were busy, leave a message and we will get back to you. Waited untill the following day and phoned again, same message, we are busy, leave a message. Waited three days and phoned again, same message, we are very busy leave a message. Up untill now nobody from the hospital has had the decency to call back.

Speedy referral and quick appointment for hip replacement. (I elected to go private, rather than continue in pain.) Very helpful, caring and competent staff, who did their best to make the experience as comfortable as they could.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful.
The facilities were clean and in good order.

Very good service however you said you would send me a copy of my consultation and medical notes and I still haven’t received them. Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars.
