Highly recommend Premier Pet Transport.
My puppy came in a very nice Mercedes caravan fitted for transportation of animals also.
White glove (literally) service from pickup to drop off. Devin made sure my Pomeranian puppy showed up groomed, with all the paperwork, and food and directions from the breeder.
Devin’s friendly and professional attitude shows how much he cares for the animals he transports and the families they belong to!
Devin is a strong brand ambassador for Premier Pet Transport! Request him!

Clinton & Austin were excellent at communicating their arrival time throughout the transport. They arrived on time, reviewed instructions and very happy with our new family members delivery! Would recommend them both!

Update: What I thought was this company was evidently a catfished copy of their company! I wanted to make this is understood…I do apologize for this error but at the time this was the only option I thought I had…
I am currently dealing with a scam using this company to transfer my pet!!! I will never use this company in the future… I didn’t choose it the puppy’s seller did and she is most likely in on the scam… they have overcharged me $1250 for things that only cost maybe at the most $125… claiming I would get a refund… for a pet carrier for a small dog and travel insurance… they wouldn’t communicate any information in the nanny that was going with the dog, a King Charles Spaniel Cavalier, no flight numbers and I had to look those up… now they are claiming the dog suddenly got a neurological issue and couldn’t be sent… they claimed to do everything to take care of the dog… now charging me for medical bills, rabies shots and more! Not a positive interaction at all!

The assigned personnel through Premier Pet Transport LLC (Ryan & Titus) are on point with specialization of pet transportation including cleaning, sanitizing, & safety of pets contracting life threatening diseases between animals, knowledge, & ahead of schedule for me. Now communication with puppyspot.com (company that sells pet(s) communication is random) concierge team which lackscommunicationamongstworkers. In order for the driver(s) to contact you it has to be done upon request from puppyspot.com No complications with transport company at all.

Receiving Declan from the breeder was a seamless, 5 star experience. The communication throughout the process was excellent. He even arrived early. It is clear that his drivers, Skyler and Dalton M, love dogs and he was super comfortable with them. He came out of the sprinter van very calm and in good spirits. The handoff was secure but also painless. He smelt amazing. Thank you Skyler and Dalton for taking such good care of him. Worth every penny!

Buck and Justin are awesome!!! They transported our happy Golden Retriever puppy (Goshi) to us safe and even arrived a day early!!! Thank you both for keeping us updated and providing such a positive experience 🙏

The entire team from Riley in the office to the drivers was flawless. My puppy got to me eager to begin his new life! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

David and Dallas were wonderful to work with. Ari arrived on time and in great shape. Dallas a d David answered all our questions and Kept us up dated as to date and time of arrival. Ari was calm and not a sign of any anxiety.

Ryan and Titus done a wonderful job transporting my little Ovechkin eight week old German Shepherd to me all the way from Ohio to Roseville California thank you so much Ryan and Titus. They even arrived a little early in Ovechkin was clean and smelling so good and was very manageable. I am so happy to have received my bundle of joy. Thanks again to Puppy Spot for hiring Ryan and Titus.🎁❤️💝🐶

Chuck F and Buck were wonderful, friendly, and experienced. They even put a cute tie on our new puppy in honor of his special day! They made sure that we had all of the important paperwork and instructions. Wonderful, safe delivery limo vehicle. Delivery went perfectly!

Skyler and Dalton dropped off our little Westie puppy. She was in Great shape! Obviously they had been driving all day but they were pleasant, patient and professional. Drop off was simple, quick and easy to deal with. If all the drivers are like Skyler and Dalton I would happily use this service again.

Ryan and Titus were wonderful. They delivered our puppy right on time, actually a little early which was even better. She was happy and well cared for. We truly appreciated the attention and care they took while driving her all the way to California for us.

Ryan and Titus delivered our new puppy last night and we couldn't be happier with the experience! They took exceptional care of him during transport — he was calm, happy, and warmed up to us almost instantly. Communication was clear throughout the whole process and they even arrived a little early, making for a perfectly smooth and exciting delivery!
