Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money. I lost $1,000 on the annual subscription and several weeks trying to set everything up. The truth is, this software can’t generate enough email contacts to make cold emailing work. And even when it does find emails, the lead quality is poor, and support is basically nonexistent.

Easily my worst software purchase of the year. I signed up for a full year but gave up after three months once I realized how useless it was. The product doesn’t do what it promises - it’s all a sales pitch upfront with no real delivery.

Awful customer service!

No contact at all! No way to cancel free trial - I have had to warn them that any payment taken will be fraudulent. Awful customer service!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this is not the level of service we aim to deliver.

It sounds like you weren’t able to get the help you needed in time, and we completely understand your frustration. Free trials should feel risk-free, and we clearly fell short of that here.

To make things right, please reach out directly to our support team at team@ppcadlab.com ,we’ll make your request a priority, assist with any billing concerns, and ensure your account is fully canceled if you haven't been able to do so already.

Poor customer service and glitches

My experience with PPC Ad Lab has been disappointing. I had trouble accessing the product, received emails meant for other customers, and was charged even after requesting cancellation on the last day of my trial. The platform itself is full of technical glitches, making it frustrating to use. From what I understand, the company was acquired by an outside buyer, and the quality has gone downhill since then. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional.

Long Time User Is Done and Does Not Recommend

As a long time user of PPC AdLab, I can say with confidence that since the company was bought out and has new ownership, it's not the same. The service has declined considerably. First came the high-pressure emails, then came missing credits (a lot of them), then came the subpar customer service. And the final nail, for me, was the complete lack of any accountability or responsibility over anything. The new ownership dramatically reduced the plans, so now you're paying more for less. You can't cancel your account without contacting them, and they won't refund even one month of service to a multi-year client. I do not recommend PPCAdLab.

Update: This is in response to the update from the company. Don't be fooled by their response. They don't need me to reach out to them, they can easily contact me as I was a paying customer, and they have my information. They had every opportunity to improve my experience when I was paying for their service, and I communicated my frustration with them when my account suddenly was missing thousands of credits. They offered no solutions, no refund, nothing. The response from PPC Ad Lab should motivate you to find a different provider.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear that your recent interactions with PPC Ad Lab have fallen short of your expectations.

We understand how frustrating it must feel to experience changes, especially after being a long-time user. Since the ownership transition, we've been working hard to improve the platform, streamline performance, and build new features that offer more long-term value. That said, we understand that we didn’t meet your expectations during this period, and we take that seriously.

We’ve recently made significant updates to our email infrastructure, campaign tools, and warm-up services to resolve past technical issues. Additionally, we’re reviewing our account management and cancellation processes to make them more transparent and user-friendly.

Your feedback on customer service and billing has been shared directly with our leadership team, and we’d love the opportunity to make things right. If you’re open to it, please contact us at team@ppcadlab.com so we can review your account directly and discuss how we can improve your experience.

We appreciate your past support and hope we can earn back your trust.
