Great service, very informative and professional

We were approached Komal Kaul from Pozitive Payments as we are currently a Pozitive Energy customer. Komal promised to beat the proposal offered by TakepaymentsPlus and made me cancel the agreement with them. However, she stopped providing more details when I enquired about specific of the payment device. She made us cancel a great deal offered by Takepyaments and now we have to signup with another provider with higher transaction fee. Imagine the customer support if their sales team provides such a horrible service!
