Ordered a pair of adjustable dumbells

Ordered a pair of adjustable dumbells - only one was delivered. Called the support number to be told that I may get the other one next week. No apology. Not even acknowledgement that, when ordering a pair of something to be used together, that it might be suboptimal or unusual to deliver individually at leat a week apart. The single dumbbell I have looks good & seems to be exactly as advertised. Customer service astonishingly inept.
