BEWARE at checkout
BEWARE at checkout - they sneakily increased the price. I checked out at one price, paid in paypal then saw they'd added a large delivery charge without warning. I messaged immediately to cancel but never got a response, and their phone line's 'inactive'. Quick delivery, good product hence 3 starts, but zero communication and a less than honest checkout.

Big range of products and competitive pricing. Delivery was very quick, once despatched, but as I ordered a few diverse items it took a couple of days before the items were dispatched presumably because they were not stock items. It would be good to have some communication in the meantime about expected dispatch time to help me manage planning and expectations

They accepted an order for an in stock item, took payment, then waited 4 days to tell me it was out of stock and would be refunded. Places like this will become extinct vs next day on Amazon if they don't sharpen up.
