I placed an order on 10th June and paid for express delivery (2-3 working days) and I still haven't received it! It's now been 12 days since placing the order. I have tried to phone 3 times and all you get is a message to say e-mail them with queries, I have e-mailed twice and have had no response!

Absolutely pathetic
Order didn't arrive, surprise-surprise they have no telephone line for customer service and they never answer an email queries.
Be warned

Excellent handling and fast shipping, postage costs are reasonable. Product prices are reasonable too. Excellent service.

Scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY take your money don’t have goods in stock, don’t reply to emails, phone number doesn’t work.

Service extrem slow. Despatched the products 7 day, but my order has not received because the royal mail send back to sender. Absolutely disaster company (and also Royal Mail).

I just ordered some screws, pretty basic commodity and in stock on their website … and essential for my building project so I expected a reasonable 2-4 days delivery. It took nearly two weeks … chased 4 times via email as they provide a phone number which just goes to answer machine and says they don’t man the phones and best way is to send an email as they ‘monitor’ the emails daily … apparently ? Well after 4 emails finally got a response saying my screws were ‘working their way through their warehouse’? No help at all. Was about to got to my credit card provider and log it to get my money back. If you can handle shocking customer service their prices are good but you need to manage your own anxiety levels as you’re on your own!

I still haven’t received my order. Although it showed in stock online I reached out to the company which told me beginning of this week and I’m still waiting…

Joke of a company just avoid dont pay postage which already paid! No communication Phone or Email never answer either Just Avoid!

Did not send order for a week. Last time I will use them.

How this place is still in business I don't know. Ordered 3 items Sunday evening, all in stock, all would be dispatched the next day. 2 weeks later the order still hasn't turned up, no dispatch email either. I tired ringing, but that was pointless, I emailed the sales support via their email address twice! No reply to either email. So after 3 weeks of waiting for my order I was able to cancel it through PayPal.

Moral of the story, STAY AWAY from this company

I have not received my order i have tried phoning but the company does not have a phone line .Your are told to email them. My computer has crashed and is in the computer repaire shop god knows if it can be repaired and I can access my emails.

Placed an order over a week ago for In Stock Items with Express Delivery, still no sign and online just states processing (as do customer services). Had to purchase from elsewhere to continue the job. Unreliable so wont use again in the future.

Simple to order and you had stock at a good price in comparison to other retailers. Quick delivery and no hassle with courier who was on time and efficient. The product is a repeat order and I will re-supply again.

The product was great but having paid for express delivery I was disappointed to have to chase twice and not receive the goods within the express delivery time frame. That said, the customer service department were very responsive and refunded the delivery costs promptly.

Very poor customer service. Item listed as in stock, delivery 3-5 days. After a week I tried to contact them for tracking, no response, tried phoning several times, just a recorded message, after 2 more emails a few days later someone responded saying they were waiting for new stock to be delivered. Finally arrived after about 3 weeks.
