It was very easy to communicate through the customer support link. They responded back with the information, size of replacement blade and bolt and how to order. Exactly what I wanted and I love my cordless mower just gotta stop hitting rocks.

Bought a pressure washer last December

Bought a pressure washer last December. Took it out of the box and one of the tires were flat. The machine also refused to turn on after several attempts. Worst piece of machinery I have ever worked with. Avoid this company at all costs.

I also emailed the company for assistance and they never responded. I then called customer service and I was immediately disconnected. This company is not providing any support at all so I went ahead and reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Part was delivered in a timely fashion and without issues, and the company worked with me for a refund with unneeded part ordered. Pretty satisfied so far and would order from them again

Support assistance is nonexistent!

I have owned my PowerSmart DB7659-22 snow blower for 12+ years. Overall, it has done an excellent job over the years and still starts very easily using the electric start. I have replaced a few parts. For example, this winter the chute holder broke during use (which sent the chute flying across the driveway). I decided to order two replacements plus a few other spare parts. The shipment arrived timely but part of the order was missing (including the second chute holder). I made (3) attempts to contact Customer Support about the short shipment. I received NO response to any of my inquiries so I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company who credited me my money back. Many other reviews also indicate how poor the Customer Support is for this company. I will continue to use my snow blower for as long as I can get parts for it but I'm not sure I would buy another PowerSmart product knowing the limited (nonexistent) support that is available.

BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP I"VE EVER BOUGHT!!!!

Bought 7-2022. Didn't find Trustpilot until now...Big Piece of crap!!! I cut my grass 3 times in July,2022, and the rear right drive wheel center busted clean out!! I wasn't jumping my car with it I swear!!! Contacted Powersmart and they wanted $26 for it instead of honoring their warranty. I fixed the piece of crap with 50 cents worth of Hot Glue and 3 inches of wire, and it is more solid than factory. I wish they had Picture uploads here. I slammed it on the concrete before I put it on to test strength. The cord holder broke by starting the mower, and the handle started losening after about 2 months of once every other week use. Also, my 3 H.P. Murrey cuts through 6-8 inches of grass where this POS dies in 4 inches of grass with the cutting height raised all the way up. The Murrey is getting close to 20 yrs old and still out cuts this POS Powersmart! I am very glad I didn't buy the snowblower at the same time for the coming winter. I'd bet if you could research the positive reviews, they'll all be from people who work for Powersmart or AI generated

Durable equipment

I have had my Power Smart 21" 3 in 1 gas push mower DB 2194PH for 5+ years. Unfortunately my primer bulb needs replacement. I ordered one from Power Smart but I apparently ordered the wrong part or they no longer carry the correct part for my mower because it's so old which proves what I'm saying about durable equipment.

Powersmart customer support has been very helpful!

I have really enjoyed my Powersmart 21" self-propelled lawnmower because it has good power, cuts well and is lightweight when compared to other mowers of the same size. I like the rear wheel drive and have found it to be really helpful on my sloped yard! Also, I have found it pretty easy to fix the mower myself once I get the correct parts.

I found Powersmart customer support to be very helpful and responsive. They usually responded within 24hrs and they helped me with a return I had. I did have some difficulty defining the proper parts for my model from looking at their website catalog but they handled my queries and return and I was refunded promptly.

Quickly responded to update their part list that had omitted a part I needed. Responded to my emails promptly. Open minded to my suggestions on their parts page. Quickly packaged my parts order and did not ship using USPS (thankfully), but rather FedEx. Thankyou PowerSmartUSA.

I purchased a snowblower in October…

I purchased a snowblower in October 2023. It was more than two months before the first snow where it could be tested. I found out that their return policy expired after 30 days. How can I check the machine if there’s no snow. It was late in 2024 before we had enough snow to use it. I tried to use the machine and it did not even finish the first Attempt. It runs, but it will not blow snow. When I contacted them, they wanted me to repair it. I had just had back surgery and couldn’t lift, but they weren’t understanding and we’re trying to see to it that I had to do the repair job. or load the machine and take it to someone who could. I asked for a refund they refused.. They offered a half refund and parts. I tried to get them to do the full refund, but they wouldn’t so I accepted the half refund and parts and they changed their mind. The equipment is not correct, it looks nice but did not even finish the first time I was able to use it. This company is not trustworthy.

junk snow blower

bought it in Jan, didn't get to use it until March, made it about 25 feet before the auger drive belt shredded and destroyed the tensioner pulley. Contacted the company, shared my situation with them, their response, here is a link where you can buy new parts for the blower. Very poor quality, would never buy another power smart item.

They supply Temu with lawn mowers I ordered mine and because of my $70 discount through temu they said they were out of inventory which is crap they could have given me another lawn mower that was comparable at the same price so instead they get a one-star review because lack of knowledge and inventory control unfortunately

Bought a push mower

Bought a push mower. Didn't even take it out of the box because the front wheel component was broken. Took it to a mechanic to fix it. He discovered the entire motor was busted up, like someone had dropped it from high up. Blade wouldn't turn. Called and emailed powersmart for almost a month before just buying a different mower. Don't waste your money. Any review that says it works just fine. It's probably written by their own management team to hook a new sucker into buying. I'd give it a negative 5 if I could. Horrible experience

We ordered lawn mower filter from this company. It shipped fairly quickly and was the correct part. Not only did we get the filter we also received the cover for the filter installation. We would do business with Powersmart USA again.
