Got scammed, I ordered the titanium power bank but got a cheap Chinese generic power bank. not I looked on their Instagram page and Website they don't even have a titanium product and it is not searchable on the internet, can't find the Instagram advertisement from where I bought this and can't find the replacement button

I received a call from the staff, I was telling them that I had cancelled the order, in return I had got abusive words from the Staff. Being a Sub-inspector of Police in Neeladhri Nagar, I am reporting the issue to the minstry of Commerce and Industry. Strict Actions will be taken on the Employee and Company will receive penalties.

This company is biggest fraud in India. I had ordered iphone wireless charger. My order id is 7985. They sent me cheap Chinese watch. When I tried to return the product they refused to take it back. So I complained in consumer court platform. Beware of these fraudster companies who buy cheap products from china & sell to us. They must be arrested & prosecuted for doing forgery.

I ordered power bank order id is 5475 . Bt not received yet my order or any update only getting msg will be delivered soon no response from customer support or delivery service. It’s fraud company so no response . Pls aware

This is the worst and irresponsible platform in the e-commerce industry. They show different products on the website and send cheap and poor quality products of their choice. I purchased one headphone white colored paying INR 1583 but they send me grey one which worth merely INR 400. Also, the charger and packing pouch is missing with the shipment and moreover, it has stopped working now. I wrote on the support mail and also filled the support form on the website but nobody bothered to revert back. Please be aware of such fraudsters,
