Weeks of silence after multiple written cancellation requests
I ordered a custom gaming PC from PowerGPU about a month prior to this review and financed it through Affirm. I've sent multiple correspondences and a web‑form ticket asking to cancel because I purchased a different system elsewhere. As of this review's date, the company has:
1. not acknowledged any of my messages,
2. provided no shipping confirmation or tracking, and
3. left the Affirm loan active, putting the first payment on my calendar.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PowerGPU. In my opinion their customer‑service process fails basic expectations of responsiveness and order‑management transparency.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion and is accurate to the best of my knowledge on the posting date.
