The item I ordered was delivered very quickly. Within 48 hours. I cannot comment further on the product as it was a birthday present which has not been given yet, so the product has not been used.

Excellent service, excellent knowledge!
The support from the chat host was fantastic. Good technical knowledge, and very responsive - coupled with an extremely keen price (lowest i found online by quite some margin!). Free delivery thrown in. All in all, very pleased.
Following my original review of Power button, there were some 'fun and games' with the courier - the chat host was on the case within minutes - promised to get updates and call back - and di!d I have never received such excellent customer service - if he had not chased the courier on my behalf, my parcels would be lost in the ether! I cannot overstate the fantastic service provided by the Powerbutton guys and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering buying TV, sounds systems etc.

Efficient and Friendly with it.
Everything went very well and my initial ordering mistake was was dealt with without fuss.
The goods were not in stock but delay was minimal. The delivery was on the fifth day from ordering.
Can't complain at all, and, from my experience I thoroughly recommend Powerbutton who are otherwise known as C J Freeman & Co. Ltd. of Portishead.
