Order Never Fulfilled

I shopped here for a bulk deal of power banks that I was going to use as a welcome kit for my recent event. The prints were good and customer service was fine too. I liked how the products were packed, the packing seemed right and it felt like the power banks were carefully packed. Overall experience: Fine

I purchased gifts for my twins B'nai Mitzvah. Excellent customer service, Ian is super helpful and patient. Great quality product, everyone loved it (much better than T-Shirts). First and second orders were shipped on time. Highly recommended!

The worst online shopping experience ever
Really disappointed at the customer service and its low quality of the product. They promised me products to be delivered on May 9th. But it actually delivered 4 days later. I started calling and emailing them from 9th to confirm the exact deliver date, no one was replying or emailing back. I asked them for tracking number, and no one provided me anything. I don't recommend anyone go for this company.

Customer service was great throughout the ordering process. A rep answered all my questions and provided help with customizing my company logo for power banks. Products were received within the time provided at the time if ordering. Highly recommend them!
