Poor customer service

I had a frustrating experience picking up my item from this store. I drove an hour to collect the item, only to be told when I arrived that it wasn’t there. What made it even more confusing was that I later received a reminder text saying the item was ready for pickup.

I called customer support afterward, and to be fair, the representative I spoke with was very friendly and helpful in explaining the situation. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much he could do directly, but I was told the store would contact me within 24 hours to address the issue. I even received an email confirming this, but no one ever followed up with me.

When I eventually picked up the item, the employee behind the counter was unfriendly and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Overall, the communication and customer service were disappointing.

At this point, I’ve decided to return the item and won’t be purchasing from this store again.

Bought Nintendo Switch at the store Täby…

Bought Nintendo Switch at the store Täby Centrum. Mysteriously stopped working after approx 2 years and customer service declined me through and through when trying to solve the issue. They just repeated that I was at fault for damaging the USB-C charging port. Barely used the thing and just had it plugged with the charger so a bit frustrating.

Recommend that you buy more expensive stuff elsewhere as there is no protection here would the wares stop working within a <2 years. Ofc ive got an errand at ARN but had rather just avoided the hazzle and bought it elsewhere at more serious sellers.

The shop doesn’t feel serious

The shop doesn’t feel serious! The people working there seem more interested in their own mobile devices instead of customer satisfaction! I was the only customer on the premises and stood like a fool waiting to for someone to notice me.
