Customer service


In early 2024, I purchased JBL headphones with a 2-year warranty and 5-year insurance. The seller assured me the insurance would cover any issues—damage, loss, or malfunction—and I’d receive a replacement if needed.

Recently, I encountered a problem with the headphones and returned to the store. The same female seller who sold them took the headphones and said they’d get back to me in 2-3 weeks. A week later, I received an email stating I’d be credited for the

headphones. When I returned to the store, the same seller informed me I couldn’t get a replacement because the price had increased, and I’d need to pay the difference. This completely contradicted what I was told when purchasing the insurance. She was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to explain further, ultimately just refunding my money.

I decided to buy a new pair, opting for a cheaper model. At the counter, another seller—polite and customer-focused—asked if I wanted insurance. I shared my story, and she was as confused as I was about why I wasn’t given the same headphones under the insurance. She consulted with the “rude seller” and eventually came back to say they’d made an exception, allowing me to receive the same JBL Tour One M2.

Five stars to the helpful seller for resolving the issue, but the rude one should not work in customer service. She wasted my time, undervalued my money, and treated me poorly. Customer service like hers is unacceptable.

Bad experience

I went to my nearest store to buy pink iphone 15 128 but I found it out of stock and they advice me to go to Necka fourm store as its in stock there. i reserved it online and after I got a confirmation email I went to the store thats 22 mins away from me by car!! To find that it has been sold and they are out of stock of Pink iphones 💔…. It was a very bad experience and the sales representative said its their fault and they can only apologise for that. I bought another one and they gave me a screen protector for free but its still a very bad experiences and I will not buy from them again

Great service. I had and item that was not available and they fixed it with a replacement that was actually better. Good attitude.
