Disappointing quality of product and warranty service
I bought an elscotter Ninebot Nov 2025.
My son started to drive it March 2026. On 3rd May Elscooter turned off and we could not turn it on. I returned it back to claim for warranty. After 3 weeks they notified that it is repaired and we can take it , we went there and your staff said Kretskort has been changed and it is ready.
Unfortunately, brakes was not working when we tested that at Power store Borås, again they sent it back to workshop,
It is strange that workshop did not test that before hand over to us.
It is more than 1 month that my son does not have his elscooter and he is really sad.
We are deeply dissatisfied with your service and quality of your product.

Customer service in stores needs improvement...
Customer service staff in physical stores are as confused and lost as the time of mediamarkt...I was expecting that change of ownership will improve things but still the staff needs training to work smoothly to handle customer errands.
