On 2 December 2025, I visited the Power Store in Barkarby. A salesperson named Hussain offered me a SIM card with a gift card worth 5000 SEK. At that time, I already had three ongoing packages with Comviq. The salesperson told me that Tele2 and Comviq are the same company and that my contract would simply be switched, and I would receive the 5000 SEK gift card.
Based on this information, I agreed. However, when I was given the contract, I noticed that it showed five phone numbers. I asked the salesperson why there were five numbers, as I had not ordered or agreed to five numbers. I was told to ignore it and was assured that my contract would start on 3 March 2026 and that the issue would be fixed later. The salesperson convinced me to sign the contract.
The next day, I saw five numbers listed in the Tele2 app. I immediately returned to the store and spoke with them again. They told me to ignore it and said everything would be fixed on 3 March. I clearly asked why there were five numbers with a two-year binding period when I had only agreed to two numbers. Again, they told me to come back later and that they would fix it.
On 28 February 2026, I visited the store again and asked them to correct the issue. This time, they told me that if I wanted to keep only two numbers, I would have to return 3000 SEK from the 5000 SEK gift card. I explained that this condition had never been mentioned to me before, but they ignored my concern. I also requested cancellation of the contract since it had not yet started, but they refused and said cancellation was not possible. They only offered to cancel three numbers.
I asked to speak with the manager, but they did not allow me to do so and only let me speak with another colleague. I explained that I do not live in Stockholm and that it is difficult for me to visit the store repeatedly. I asked them to either fix the issue immediately or cancel the contract, but they told me to contact Tele2 customer support instead.
They then contacted Tele2 support and arranged to hold the contract for six months. At the end of February, I received an invoice of 1140 SEK. I was also charged a holding fee for five numbers (29 SEK per number). I questioned why I should pay extra charges for SIM cards that I never ordered, but I did not receive any help.
I felt that I had been misled due to incorrect information. I contacted Power customer support, but they said they do not handle network-related issues and would forward my complaint to the relevant store. The salesperson later contacted me, but the situation was not resolved and the treatment was unfair.
When I visited the store previously, the salesperson told me that because I signed with BankID, the issue was my responsibility. However, I had clearly raised my concerns about the five numbers before signing, and I was told to ignore it and assured it would be fixed.
This was a very bad experience, and I felt misled by the store. My wife was present with me during the entire process and is a witness to this experience. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend purchasing any package from this store due to the misleading information and poor service.

I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience with both POWER and Telenor.
I visited a POWER store to port my existing phone number. I was clearly told that the process was simple and that my number would be transferred. Instead, two separate subscriptions were created without proper explanation. I was never clearly informed about double billing for several months or about any binding period before signing digitally on a device in-store. I did not receive a contract copy at the time of signing.
In addition, I was given a 4,000 SEK gift card and told I needed to use it the same day. Later, when I realized the subscription terms were not what I had understood, I was told the contract could only be cancelled if I repaid the gift card amount. This means the gift card effectively became a financial trap tied to the subscription — something that was never clearly explained beforehand.
Telenor’s role is equally concerning. When I first contacted them, I was told the subscription would be cancelled. Later, they changed their position and refused to cancel, referring me back to POWER. Meanwhile, no product or SIM card was ever delivered to me, yet invoices continued to be issued.
Both companies avoided responsibility and referred me back and forth between each other. At no point did either party take ownership of resolving the situation properly.
Customers deserve transparent information, clear contracts, and accountability. Billing someone for services they never properly received, while refusing responsibility and shifting blame, is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to read all documents extremely carefully and demand written confirmation before signing anything.
When I went to the store and talking to personal who did this to me, his manager was laughing and making jokes about me to his colleague. And I have all records for those.

It was not ok! The price they sell the tv is more than they put on advertisement. The sells man said i should pay 700kr for removing the strong colour which will take much electricity from the tv. This is not fair! I thought this is a simple service which can be given to your customers as an offer for free. Am not happy with this.
