Incorrect timelines for in store pick up shared with us. We were confirmed by the store manager that the order will be ready for pick up by Friday but no news from Power on Saturday. When I contact them on chat, they simply waste my time and mention no one is available for 48hrs to attend to my issue.
We placed this order as we had an event on Saturday and wanted to gift the item. If we had known this we would have never placed the order. Very poor service and communication. Never going back again.

Disappointing... I was told I could pick up my order from the store within 5 business days after placing it on November 18th, but today is December 5th and I still haven't received it. The email I received states that the product has arrived at the ishøj store, but it hasn't arrived. The store staff is indifferent, customer service is inadequate, and everyone is wandering around aimlessly, not knowing what they're doing, and there's no experienced staff to provide any information. I don't think I'll ever shop at the power store again.

I was a bit worried that I might receive a returned item or get a message saying they unfortunately couldn’t process my order. But nothing like that happened — instead, I received a brand-new item.

I had a very disappointing experience with Power.
I went to the Power store in Glostrup in the morning to buy an LG TV.
They didn’t have it in stock, but the employees told me they could see two demo/display models available in their Ishøj and Lyngby stores, and that I could purchase one of those if I wanted to. Very helpful so far.
So I drove to Power Ishøj.
After arriving, they couldn’t find the TV at all.
I asked the employee to call their colleagues in Lyngby to confirm before I drove there, but….they didn’t pick up the phone. The worker then took my number and told me that an employee named Oliver would call me the next day to help me or find a better offer.
Nobody called the next day….
So I called Power customer service myself to get an update. They said they would leave a message for Oliver to call me back.
Still waiting.
He finally did call….from a private/anonymous number.
Instead of helping me find the TV or offering a some kind of solution, he seemed more focused on figuring out why his colleague in Glostrup told me they had demo models. Honestly… who cares? I just wanted help.
He said he would call Lyngby to check the TV.
Ten minutes later he calls back and says to me: “They don’t pick up the phone.”
No alternative solution like…. “I’ll try again later,” no “I’ll email them,” no “I’ll contact a manager,” nothing. Just the same dead end as the day before.
At this point, I’ve wasted my time driving between stores, received wrong information, and experienced zero ownership or problem-solving.
Unbelievably unprofessional, you will get better customer service if you buy a toaster in Føtex.
