I had a disappointing experience at POWER Frederiksberg. The employee who sold me the iPhone, misled me during the sale: I only bought the protective glass, after upselling it to me, implying its installation was included in its price. However, the invoice shows a separate 199 kr charge for applying it. I was also told that switching to Telmore would give me a 1,000 kr discount on the iPhone (he specifically showed me a calculation on how much I'll save compared to my current plan), but the invoice shows a much smaller subscription-related discount, not even half of what he said.
He initially said he would only send the invoice by email, but I asked for a physical one, and he seemed unhappy about it, saying it was "too big" as a joke. Unfortunately, I did not check it carefully until after coming home, and that is when I noticed the extra charge and the discount discrepancy.
I expected clearer and more honest information during the purchase. I would recommend NEVER agreeing to any additional things they offer you. Actually - better off buying it online, and don't bother going to this store.
Had a pleaser to receive the best service by Redha . Who even made me confortable enough to spend a little more time to get extra service. Charming and friendly. And gave good advices . Thankx Redha

Bought a Canon v10 online and they gave me a used one (not advertised it was used) and it was even missing the charging cable and one of the windshields. When I contacted customer service it said I had to go to the shop in person to solve this. Makes 0 sense to not get someone to explain the situation and my options by phone before I go down in person. At no point was talking to a real human offered.

Made somewhat a big decision - bought myself a MacBook Air. Came in and right away felt I made a good decision , Hamza from Frederiskbergs centre was really helpful and happy (even though it was 10:15 in the morning ) - good laugh , really good service and good vibes that will probably last until the end of the day ! I bought a TV in 2024, it was broken. I'm offered a compensation in form of a gift card that I cannot spend anywhere else but power.dk. The flagship tv I bought in late 2024 is non-existent now and the equivalent TV is very expensive. However there's a good discount campaign on the 2025 model but it's ending today. I reached out to sales agents and even went to their store, but they couldn't help me neither with ordering the tv paying in a few days when I receive the gift card nor to buy it myself and get compensated later on with the insurance amount.

The online ordering was fast and efficient. However the in store experience was so bad that I would think three times or more before physically going into the store. I quickly got my item but at payment the young woman didn’t say anything to me. She didn’t ask how I wanted to pay. I realized after she just walked away that she had put the amount on the credit card machine. She just walked away without saying anything. I wanted to pay cash so I asked another clerk standing there if I could pay cash. Yes, but I needed to change register. So I pick up the item, walk over to her and was able to pay. I didn’t say anything to the first salesperson who was still doing something behind the counter but this left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I picked Power to purchase my item but next time I will seriously consider going to a local shop even if I have to pay more. PS I worked in an electronics store as my first real job so I know the business and the stress of retail work but no excuse for her poor customer service.

My product was given to someone else.
I ordered an Apple Watch for in-store pickup. I received an email stating the order was being processed and shipped, but none email about my order being ready for collection. Four days later, I received an email stating my product had been picked up and asking for a review.
I initially thought this was an error until I went to the store. After waiting 40 minutes to speak with an employee, they insisted that the item had already been collected and that a valid ID had been shown. They told me to return on Monday to resolve the issue, but even then, they continued to claim I was in the wrong. The situation is still being processed, but I do not understand why I should be responsible for their error in mixing up orders.
