Just got another delivery in Feb of the fab bars. Truly amazing bars. Super-nice texture and Christmassy flavors. Emails answered too.

They took my money but they never sent me anything and they don't answer emails.
I don't know how to get my money back.
I am waiting for 2 weeks now. No news and I have just realized that their Whatshapp phone number is not on Whatsapp!

Similar to other recent responses here. Order placed and card charged, but after that nothing happens. Order was never shipped, and emails to their support are met with silence.

edit March 2021: The seller has contacted me and offered his apologies, and assured me that he is trading again. I've not yet placed a new order so I've set this review to neutral. I hope Powder Matter can go back to delivering the service they were once famous for and will stick around for many years to come.

On 2020/11/27 I've placed an order and received and received the confirmation e-mail. The order shows as "Processing".

On 2020/12/07 I've sent them an e-mail asking for an update and received no e-mail.

On 2020/12/14 sent both and e-mail and a SMS message asking for a refund and again no reply. Even though they say they provide support by WhatsApp, their contact phone is not registered with WhatsApp.

Looks like they are no longer in business but they will still charge your card. Do not order from them.

Ordered on 06.10.2020. Received an order confirmation, but have not heard anything since that time. On 30.11.2020 asked for a short feedback. Since that time no answer.

Presumably, the company no longer exists? Don't order there.

Ordered and paid (#10427) on 16.11.2020 and haven't received any news on my order. No shipping confirmation and no answers to my multiple inquiries.

I don't think they operate anymore. Do not order there.

The bars are amazing and the chocolate powder is quite good.The powders definitely taste very healthy.

Nutritionally, the best meal replacement out there for an incredibly good price. The Vegan Chocolate v2.5 tastes heavenly, the Vegan Vanilla v2.5 was a bit strange at first but I quickly got used to it and I actually like it. I appreciate the thick and smooth consistency, without clods. I drink 600 kcal portions for lunch, which keeps me satiated for 4 hours without any bloating, which was my problem with a previously used product, MANA.
The whole ordering process was smooth and fast, and I even got some meal bars as a present!

The product arrived within a week after order. I have ordered Vanilla flavored and Chocolate-Hazelnut flavored original packs.
The Vanilla flavor pack has some cinnamon added to it and the powder tastes bitter. I am not sure if a mix of cinnamon with other ingredients such as buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa, produces such bitter taste.
I would appreciate it more if it was sweeter.

A very positive experience in terms of ordering, shipping and delivery. Also the taste of the shakes is really nice, not too sweet either.

I think this is an excellent company, sincerely dedicated to making top-quality nutritional products. Their meal replacement shakes are, admittedly, bland-tasting, but that means to me that they're not loaded with tasty but useless flavourings, and they're very low-glycemic.
Their snack bars are even better.
If you're looking for a milkshake, look somewhere else, but if you want quality nutrition (and excellent service) look no further

This is a great replacement for my breakfast. Mix some fruit through it and you have a tasty and healthy shake. Would buy again!

Went to place order there is no where they can deliver too, ie all the service points you look at where they deliver too are closed, they use DPD delivery so why cant they ship straight to the customer as DPD deliver to your door esp with covid19
