The whole company is one big shitshow
Let me just gather some points:
- The T&C is not accurate in many cases
- Live support is inconsistent
- Live support doesn't know their own T&C
- Live support lies to you to keep you waiting for no reason
- Cash-out money takes too long so that you cancel it and don't pay it out
- They won't respond to E-Mail (even when support tells you to write mail)
- They will block you from using their live-chat when pointing out wrong things
Even worse:
- They will double deposit. Meaning if you deposit 20€, they will instead take 2x20€ from your bank account
- They will double place a bet. Meaning if you bet on something for 20€, they will place that bet twice for 20€ each
- You will not get your money back, and you will be banned from using their livechat when mentioning this
This whole company is extremely scummy and full of assholes working for them.
